I needed this video. I am going to patch some holes in the drywall in the garage and this is the perfect solution. How did you know? Thanks for sharing. 👍🏼👍🏼
Even easier way is to show your friend that know how to do it properly this video and tell them your going to do this ! They will just come fix it for you lol
Really? Maybe Quick, Not in any sense of the word is this GOOD. Holy Hell, seriously... Maybe if I were moving out of a rental property and I didn't care and just needed to Not have Holes in the Wall. But comeon, this is So Janky.
The problem in a bathroom is humidity can cause the patch to contract and expand differently which I would guess create a visible issue or the sticker losing adhesion.
Okay it still leaves a very soft spot if you accidentally lean up against it Guess what's going to happen second of all if you're going to paint over it I'm pretty sure it had done a better job if he's a primed it first and let that dry and then you wouldn't have to put as many coats over it and making paint dry faster than it should can only lead to problems such as peeling cracking so on and so forth so while on the surface it looks good but practically would use it and I damn sure wouldn't paint that way cuz after the third coat I guess it actually it would be the fourth coat since he peeled off the first coat but after the last coat that he put on it still showing through again prime first if he had done that he probably wouldn't have needed anymore coats after that last one actually he probably wouldn't have needed that last one
😂 who is Diaz construction and what did he do to deserve a mention on an unrelated video. I’ll go down the rabbit hole, search into Diaz construction, anything specific I should be looking for? On the product, totally agree, it’s not a fix, it’s a mask, just hiding the hole. You might as well just use packing tape over the hole and then paint over it, they just added steps, packaging and form factor to make unknowing buyers think it’s an actual product that actually does something. Funny really. I know patching isn’t something everyone can do, but it’s like selling a sticker for a leaky pipe, just to hide it. It’s not really a wall repair, you just can’t see it anymore.
"It’s not really a wall repair, you just can’t see it anymore." Isn't that exactly what a wall repair is? Drywall is not structural. If you want to do it right, do a "California patch", if you don't want to learn how to patch drywall or plaster, then this is great. I mean, I can imagine my Mom using this patch, but not drywalling.
@@Vincerama well, if the wall repair is done with materials that will continue the characteristics of the wall (able to hang things from it, hold things up against it, etc) I’d say that’s a wall repair; like a California patch, any other product that will fill the hole while functioning as the wall did before the hole, or a near approximation. Covering a hole with a sticker, be it this product or from my daughter’s cat sticker book and painting over it isn’t a “wall repair,” in my opinion. You’re hiding the damage, cosmetically, but not “repairing” that wall. That area won’t function as the rest of the wall would. I don’t know, I assume this would be handy for a lot of people, people have different needs and skill levels, some people might just hang a painting to hide the hole, you can fill it with mash potatoes and paint over it, I wouldn’t call that a wall repair.

Any chance how long will it last before you have to get it fixed or is it permanent ⁉️
For a whoopsie, looks great.
Interesting! Definitely a good quick fix

And never ever touch that spot again…..ever!
Thats for no reach area up in the ceiling or somewhere no one is going to touch I just go with doing it right the first time 😁
Fantastic. This is my answer, thank you. :)
Gonna patch and then wallpaper over top. Wish me luck

Maybe. 🤷🏻♂️
Awesome 👌🏽
Do drywall patches really work for holes in your wall?
Thanks
Great product. Wonder if I can get it in the UK. 🤔🤔
No you can't
Big 👍up.
Wait don't you spackle over it? It makes no sense to just pit the patch over a large hole then paint over it..... At least prime over it yes?

this does not really fix the issue, only delay it
How so?
Delay what?
@@jumper233 right
The issue is that there is a hole in your wall. This fixes the hole. What are you expecting?
can't you just use a little bit of compunt on the edge and it'll se seamless
Wow I’m shocked he would do a video on this GARBAGE!!!! This guy usually makes awesome videos!!!
You know I am just testing this thing out right? Thanks for the last part of your comment. 😁👍
@@thefixerhomerepair2 bro don’t get me wrong , you da man 💪🏽
Just use 5 min mud, i guess this is good for homeowners that done know shit
I don't think so!
I'll pass. You have that weak center that can easily be damaged again.

Poke you finger in it. 😂
useless it’s soft
not after the mud dries
@@davidgearardo1788 you obviously never patched a wall before lol did you even watch the video there is no mud, it’s just tape
How about no skill level?
Thanks but no thanks.
It just looks like a half a** way of doing it. No offense

What a scam.
