About a month ago I picked up a similar product to this it was a Minisforum UM250 with a AMD v1605b CPU with 4c/8t and integrated Vega graphics. 16 GB dual channel ram. Found it on a local marketplace for $80. Turning it into a powerhouse living room emulation machine. Look for one like I got. It can do up to WiiU full speed. These little boxes are awesome.
@@jackeyniraula a month later I found a Lenovo Mini PC with a Intel I5 10500T and 8gb Ram with a 256GB SSD for $100 too. Using it as a media center server PC. The deals are out there.
For all those that are trying to compare this with the Orange Pi 5 board- you're totally missing the point. This has a power adapter, eMMC etc STOCK, and also is incredibly compatible because it's a FULL x64 / x86 compatible PC. It will be able to use more emulators and software, and the drivers will be much more mature. There's far more than only looking at the spec sheets when it comes to these boards.
I see your point, at the same time, if you want something to play PS3 and GameCube games without too much tinkering and hiccups, GFLOPs matters as well as 8 cores (RK 3588) versus 4 cores (N5105).
N6005 4c/4t up to 3.3 ghz is the latest version of celeron chips. But for 1 and 1/2 year i am happy owner of a j4125 celeron mini pc playing rpgs up to ps2.
An N105 for this price is good value and about time too that we see Intel boxes at this pricing level. Being plastic or not is irrelevant as long as it has sufficient cooling abilities. I suspect that if you tried to add a 4Tb 2.5" drive that it would work fine. No concerns about widevine levels with X86 and multiple popular OS choices too.

nice video as usual. is it possible tu turn this into an Android Tv box, with the same UI, the ability to play android games like COD, or genshin, and of course, emulate like you do on this video
Nice I picked up a Beelink GK35 Pro last year, 8 gig, up to 2.5 GHz 4C 4T last year for about the same price. I use it to play Capcom Fighting Collection, Street Fighter Collection, MegaMan Legacy Collection 1&2, Sega Genesis Collection, Ultra Street Fighter IV, and all the Shantae games which run smooth as silk on it, no hiccups. I had to tweak graphics settings to get Sonic and Sega all stars racing to run well during it's more graphically intense maps but yeah it plays Capcom Arcade collection 1&2 perfectly and got every game for about $35 bucks both collections on Steam sale. Haven't tried emulation on it probably won't but it uses Intel UHD graphics is x86 and running Windows 11 pro. It runs quiet and I haven't had any problems with it since I got it last year but I do shut it down when not in use I don't leave it on running.
do we get the games and emulator hard drive or usb along with the mini pc or do we buy it separately. if separately then where to buy. thankyou so much
@@mlzsjhansi7474The official games from Steam not emulated. I got them on a large discount during one of the 4 yearly Steam sales at around 85% off. Genuine games with support from Steam and the developers with patches. During a steam sale a game that is 50 USD can be reduced to 5 -10 dollars I suggest getting classic games for this PC as MegaMan x collection did not run great but MegaMan legacy collection 1&2 run just fantastic on it. Capcom Fighting Collection, Street Fighter Collection both run perfectly for me. Stuff like the Ninja Turtles Collection will run perfectly fine. But yeah, these games aren't emulated they are from Steam PC platform, official not free.

One thing I've never known is if any of these emulators can work with a mouse. Most 3D games, such as Doom, are a lot easier to play with a mouse. Some of them would be impossible to play without one.
I think some emulators support mouse, but not sure how well that would work. In my experience if you're emulating a console then a gamepad is the best to use and if you're emulating arcade (mame) to play fighting games an arcade stick works best but a gamepad works well too. For first person shooters like doom that were released for PC why not just run them natively?
I have Batocera running on a Acer Revo (dual core 1.6ghz ,Atom graphics). it cannot copy with 32 bit games. It is fine for 16 bit and even some MAME stuff will not play smoothly.
If you’re looking for doing this I recommend a Ryzen APU laptop. I just thought that a couple summers ago I picked up a laptop with a Ryzen 2500u for $100 local for a friend. That little chip can do a lot of emulation.
