This is normal, in real 737 it is also switch itself off at the liftoff, you can read more about it in FCOM

You should have started your apu to regain that right bus.
Hi! We actually did start the APU to restore and energise the failed part of the electrical system. The problem we encountered was a drive disconnect on the generator powered by the right hand engine. :)
Drive Disc is non-reversible in the air.
