Attorney Bobby DiCello speaks to 3News' Russ Mitchell after Canton police K-9 'deployed' on suspect

Attorney Bobby DiCello spoke to 3News' Russ Mitchell on Friday following the release of body camera video showing a Canton police K-9 being 'deployed' on a suspect.
DiCello is now representing the family of the man involved in the incident, Kieven Conver, who was transported to Mercy Hospital following the K-9 attack. DiCello has previously represented the family of Jayland Walker following his 2022 death at the hands of Akron police, and is currently also representing the family of Frank Tyson after he died while in Canton police custody.

Man laying on ground with his hands behind his back gets attacked by police. The cops need to be charged here..there is no logical excuse. People were yelling so we attacked them with the k9...then the cop yells good dog just to traumatize further...there needs to be charges.
