The guy was talking smack to a dog and not using fighting words, he was on his own property, when the cops detained him, he showed no signs of resistance, and yet all three cops tackled him to the ground and conspired with the K9 officer to have him mauled by the dog while the man kept his hand crossed behind his back. If that's not police brutality then I don't know what is!
Someone please show me in the temp packet where you have to use your blinker if you are parking at the curb. I have never once seen that and never been pulled over for that and I've parked at the curb in front of several police in my life time.

Getting all emotional while you're getting arrested will only make things worse. Bottle up that emotion and focus it on defending yourself in court.
