This interview always makes me respect 50 so much. 9:50 he even says “it’s tough right now” so he clearly knew something wasn’t right with Em and stepped in and carried Em on his shoulders here.

Everyone claiming he was “cloned” can take a look at clips like these and see his voice isn’t so far off from what it is today. This is basically identical to the 2009/2010 speaking voice he had. Anyways poor em sucks to see him sad like he was here. Glad he’s good now
Voices can be mimicked. He looks like a completely different person from here until we saw him again in '09. I believe this was the real Em and he died from an overdose not long after this interview and it took a few years for him to be replaced with a clone.
No matter how high Em is, he always connected to music and humble AF

It's hard to admit that I miss so many aspects of this era of Em. I'm so fucking grateful we still have him and that he's doing well and making every type of music he's ever dreamed of but I also feel like he tries way too hard now to do what was so effortless for him back in the day and that's why I assume he shies away from that smoother more slurred flow that he had mastered in the 2000s even though it was such a good sound
So we're not gonna talk about how this sounds with headphones

It's no surprise he had to learn how to rap again. He's struggling to even speak clearly and when he does speak he pauses every 1 or 2 seconds so his brain can catch up.
