i’m surprised Chris made a diagnosis without any MRI or Xray. so glad that gorgeous doggie was OK. :) 🐕🦮 actually, the quick onset made me think right away that he’d eaten something. but, of course, that’s just a guess from watching so many vet shows :) 🐈🐕🦺🐑🐹🐰
Great job finding the problem. :) I would have probably done an upper and lower endoscopy as well, but you found the issue without that extra time/cost . Nicely done :)
Me too. I, as a human, have suffered from diarrhea and vomiting and dizziness but had no fever at the same time a few years ago. I was able to rush to see a doctor nearby. It seemed like it was caused by some bad food I had had which I can remember but didn't care. I'm reminded of that.
Depending when ingested it is likely already passed the stomach (for Miko this sounds like the case). Induced vomitting can be a great part of treatment in ingestion of toxins, however vomiting in large volumes can cause dehydration which can also be a very big issue. So if the toxin cannot be purged this way any further it is important to try and stop vomitting and diarrhoea. It will also make the animal a lot more comfortable :)
Wow the producer says he’s one of the actors an well his k9 one x I was expecting him to say he’s like family or somethin but no it’s if somethin happens the movie stops x ur furry friend is more important than a movie x
They’ve only recently started uploading Bondi Vet episodes to RUclips, it’s been on TV for ages. Oddball, the film in question, was released in 2015. Both great Australian TV productions.
@@rainchopper898 well they have been uploading full episodes until more recently. Now it's smaller segments from the show. And since I'm American, I have not seen many Australian tv shows. But I've seen many of the full length episodes, so these are repeats to me and it's surprising.
I feel quite sorry for Nico. The focus seems to be on getting him back to work, and I get it but I don’t get it. Are animals happy filming? I know dogs like certain types of work like herding, and they enjoy stimulation, but I don’t see what the dog gets out of this, which seems unfair. Not a criticism as such, but if I’m missing something I’d love someone to explain it. I don’t like worrying they don’t enjoy it
if pup didn't enjoy to work and reward he wouldn't be there, they would've found a different dog that did enjoy the work and Nico would probs just be chilling at home(gastro still just as likely because dogs can be selectively dumb)
I am surprised that the movie set isn’t legally required to have a vet on the soundstage at all times. I believe it is the law here in the United States
I know the trainers need to be on set, (quick search) vets aren't actually a requirement on set with animals but it is highly recommended if having multiple animals/higher risk stunts(article up to date as of 1/2020 so i'll count it decent). Generally a vet practice nearby is on call though, because common sense(and local film productions get a lot of notice so it's not like they're unnoticed).
Dr Chris is already a star by himself, saving animals lives. He also looks like superman😂😂
I love how when Chris does a consultation he explains to the owner what he’s doing and what his findings are! Good vet!
I’m happy Nico is all good :) he’s such a beautiful boy!
@Zelia Eastman whoops thank you 😭
Bondi Vet is already part of my life ... I love it so much ... I watch everyone I can

Have never seen the movie but will have to check it out. Looks cute on the IMDB trailer.
Best thing. Is it’s based on a true story
@@jonanna8516 true I totally agree with u
I've already watched Oddball 😂 watched it a few years ago actually. How come this was posted a day ago?!
This Episode of Bondi Vet has been aired on TV for atleast 5 years before now.

Same!
Hope oddball will be in a sequel oddball 2
So cool.
Those are some happy looking penguins. I imagine their version of the movie is a little different than what's being filmed though.
I just hope oddball is ok
Love watching Bondi Vet! God bless ❤🙏🇺🇸
10 minutes, this is a first for me. O-O
I love the movie oddball
When I am older I want to be a vet
Wow way cool! Would have loved to be a vet or animal Trainer or something but life had other plans for me 🥰❤️
im thinking snail bait
I watched oddball🌝
Hello
Did you get his autograph Chris
I don't know how it is in Australia but a lack of a firelane in that stage bothers me.
I wouldn’t want to stop the nausea and vomiting if he ate something bad. I’d want him to puke it up. Same for me.

Chris Brown is wearing a red wine color shirt here, not blue one.
Why are they putting up old show. as though they are new? This movie was 2015
Chris would be a perfect candidate for blazkowicz in a Wolfenstein movie
why are you doing ONLY reruns? is the show over?
Well, the old one is over, but they are still doing some new things. Coast to Coast is still running.
👍👍
poor doggie
@Michelle Auger élève um because it's sick dumbo did you watch the video or not?
@Michelle Auger élève what? Wdym, the dog is sick...

Lots of old videos as of late.

Melbourne has no vets of their own they need to get a Sydney area vet??

The one guy is concerned about the dog, he's like one of the actors....and production would stop.
What a jerk.
