Wonderful! This gives me hope that one day I can see a festival like this live. I’m Asian living near Béckéscsaba. 😍

    Wonderful!
    They use riding boots?
Is difficult to dance with those boots?

+Filippo Romania Those boots was in the past against mud. These are looser than the riding ones. Find as "népi csizma" - means folk boot. The dancers use ones from soft leather.

Aranymalinko thanks for the reply. I really enjoy this traditional dress. I think the soles and heels are worn out after a while time and the dance! I'd like to find a pair of those boots. I do not know if it's easy.

@@donfilippoosb3625 expensive too :) but nut impossible to find though they need to be kept well maintained, think army boots style-often cleaned with good quality polish :( my grandfather made me polish his boots(took forever), now I wish I had a pair of my own; lol

@ Naw, it's definitely Jewish and BTW, there were Jews in the region we now call Hungary long before event he Magyars got there. Do some research for yourself. Probably most "Hungarians" ave Jewish blood :)
Here is an example of Jewish Transylvanian music.
