I got this Copycat Keto Chick - Fil - A Sauce Recipe from Keto In Pearls!
This DIY Chick - Fil - A Sauce is has Zero carbs, Zero sugar, and is Dairy - Free!
I never understood the craze when in came to Chick - Fil - A sauce…until I tried it. Now, I won’t use anything else.
The reason I'm stressing the " no sugar and no carbs" is because one packet of Chick - Fil - a Sauce has 6 carbs and 6 g of sugar in it...that's CRAZY!
DISCLAIMER
This Keto Chick-Fil-A Sauce will not be as deep of a yellow as what you’re used to - it's more pastel. This is only because our ingredients are way cleaner and we’re not using any additives or color dyes.
If you need to have it be the same color just add some orange food coloring, but I wouldn't recommend ding that.
DIP TIP
Order mini condiment containers from Amazon so you can take your homemade Chick-Fil-A sauce on the go! These were a life saver for me at college and for work.
I use these: smile.amazon.c...
They’re stainless steel, have lids, and are machine washable. You can order the plastic throwaways, but why hurt our planet any more than we have to.

Yo this needs more views. Wow 👌 on point. Thank you so much
Just add turmeric for the color😊
Just a tip or two
Make your own mayo of you don't like store bought.
I agree but I like it better than homemade.
It's not often I use it.
Add the liquid smoke LAST.
If you add two drops too much of this stuff, you may as well be eatting ashes from the fire.
Add it last, add it gradually as you season to taste.
Hi! I don’t use it often either, but that’s interesting. I’ll have to try to make it myself!
The liquid smoke was so interesting. I could definitely see how you can mess up a recipe by adding too much. I keep it separate in a ziplock back in my pantry.
Do you use it in any other recipes?
Thanks for the tips!

Simple
Lots of recipes floating around out there.
Basically,
An egg and some oil
Food processor, add the oil in a thin stream
Season to taste
I will tell you
DON'T use coconut oil. LOL
And
I'm not a super clean keto eater.
I prefer the store stuff because I can never get home made to taste right or poofy. But I MAY use a tbsp a week in my ham and cheese roll-up
I've used keto for eight years to manage my glucose and I look for as many of those copycat recipes as I can find. So I can tell folks, eat this instead of that.
I'm looking forward to trying this.

Yes
I use it for making my own BBQ sauce.
I'm an old time cook.
I don't have a recipe, just an ingredient list.
Sugar free ketchup
Mustard
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Chili powder
Sweetener
Salt and pepper
Liquid smoke, add this and the mustard last.
The mustard helps blend the flavors together, so that is not one note.
It will be heavy on vinegar.
You could substitute unsweetened canned tomato puree for the ketchup.
We always have it on hand, so I just just ketchup.
Which is also not "clean" approved.
I lead a low carb Diabetes group on FB.
Several of my clean friends are now distant friends because I refuse to make it mandatory.
They forget
Not everyone has the budget or availability to eat squeaky clean and dusty keto is better than NO keto
My goal is to persuade as many Diabetics as I can that keto isn't inconvenient or demanding.
Yes
Clean is better.
Absolutely, hands down. No arguing here
And thus I tell folks
If you can afford it and can get it
ABSOLUTELY go clean all the way
If you can't, go as clean as you can
But GO.
Whether it's squeaky or dusty, just GO.
If you aren't Diabetic, you could add a small amount of molasses
Season and taste.
Adjust to YOUR preference.
Thin with water
Simmer for a few minutes
@Simply Seva They add saffron or turmeric to get the colour to Chik fil a sauce.
