I prefer getting my education on RUclips. I love hearing your thought process. I dont think people know all of what goes into cutting a beard or even a haircut. Does it bother you when a client talks during a beard trim? Do you only go up with the trimmer under the chin? For me, I go with the grain first and then do a pass against it.
Great to hear your perspective! This was actually fun for me to share as I edited this video! It doesn't bother me tho when clients talk...for certain parts that are difficult, I usually will tell them to hold lol And yes i agree, it's such a process going through hair and beard. Under the chin, depending on how sensitive people are would let me know if i could go against or not, but generally, I do what i can to avoid leaving any redness against the skin and all my tools are set to be pretty sharp so I just gotta be careful haha
