If you start making them, check out an arb bar's chassis mounts, with the chassis rail inserts.

Being it’s a homemade bar it wouldn’t be ADR approved nor get insurance unless you getting it engineered?
How will the 5mm plate go holding the winch? Or have you got a winch cradle for it?
