I just recently purchased the 50mm freewing mig15 and had the same exact issue, so I put a 4s 1300ma tattoo in it. With that battery it has no choice but fly. Esc and motor are still holding up,
I have the Mig and the F-9F Freewing planes. Had a similar first flight/crash with the Mig today, but it's still flying. Both fly a lot better with the cg about a half inch forward from the recommended location.

If you add some up elevator in the flap settings and assign it to a switch that will help a lot with hand launches,the best Edf of the free wing park jet series is the p15 lippish it’s the one I have I wouldn’t touch that mig
I would like to try that one the mig isn't bad to fly once you get it all balanced and trimmed haven't had a crash since the first one thanks allot for watching I appreciate it 👍😀
It is a bit of a pain to get in the air but a fre more flights to get used to it should be ok if notbtheres always hot water lol thanks for watching brother ✌👍😀

I had the panther to still have the mig they definitely fly better with the cg a bit forward wonder why they haven't corrected the design
Nice fix and re-maiden. I just got mine in as a starter EDF.

Not a great start, but a good fix with the hot water. That does look tricky to fly.
