I'm in the process of setting up my first actual journal for 2023 and this video was super helpful in giving some more ideas on how to tackle those January weeklies in a way that won't make them all look the same. I've been test journalling this month and realised I very much need some variation in my weeklies. Thank you so much for making these helpful little videos. 💜
I really appreciate all the hard work you do to show us layout options! My favorite spread is the one right before the Dutch door section. I don’t actively bullet journal anymore but I’m feeling inspired to start again. 😊
I LOVE the Excel layout - really helps make it clear what size all the boxes are as I always struggle with that when I'm trying to replicate designs. Thank you!
I used the 9 boxes weekly (idea 3) for the longest time, then switched to dailies with as much space as I needed, and finally am now using the alistair method -- or running to-do list. great video :)
What a great video! Thank you for all these ideas. I've been journaling more than I realized and need some space for to-do's/planning; this gave me so many ways to incorporate that next year. Can't wait for my notebook to arrive to start creating new spreads for 2023. Thanks again!
YAY, I voted for weekly spread ideas and these are FANTASTIC! Thank you so much. I'll use my fave greens although your fave purples are beautiful - just sayin'
Thank you for another amazing video! I love watching each of your videos and getting inspiration for what to include in my next journal. Also, LOVE the fact that you use Excel to plan out different spreads!! I've been doing the same thing since I started bullet journaling back in November 2021. It's so helpful in making sure your spread idea will work before putting pen (or pencil) to paper.
Love this, Jess!💜 Just shared it with my friend who I just made the bujo for so she can have some ideas to try after she gets through the months I set up. I also saved it to refer back to later. Really good material!
Haha thanks! I find is faster than trying to pencil things out...and then erase them, and re-pencil....and erase them 😝 made for hopefully helpful schematics too!
❤ these ideas. Just set up all my collections in my new bujo and needed some ideas for my weeklies. The schematic overviews in excel are AMAZING. Made a screenshot of all of them. Also a neat way to try new ideas without drawing them. Keep up the awesome work. Happy holidays from the Netherlands.
I really need time blocking. I'm about to switch from a B5 to an A5. Currently I use Plant Based Bride's rolling weekly but add a time schedule on each day. I'm going to try and continue that because I can't seem to find a good replacement but I get a little bored doing the same thing every week 😂. Nobody else seems to time block though so it's hard to find ideas
Sometimes when I don't fill up a journal or there's not enough left to do anything with, I'll cut out pages and use them in my new journal. :-) you can make dutch doors, pockets or even cover up mistakes lol
These are great and I LOVE the excel measurements you show. Thank you! Question....when you make your weeklies this way, do you not do dailies too? I've always done a small weekly and then separate dailies but I'm thinking of changing things up for 2023.
Hi Jashi, quick look and the layouts look great (as always), will come back to watch the full video later. When will December’s Archer & Olive subscription box reveal arrive? Looking forward to seeing what I’ll get
I'm trying Idea 2 (min 1:17) as a way to squeeze December into my 2022 bullet journal. I also did it with a small horizontal dutch door so that the header of EVENTS/TASKS DEC 2022 appears on each weekly but I only had to draw it once. Those highlighted horizontal lines...yikes. My Tombows are dry writers and leave lots of streaks.

Most welcome! 😄💜 glad it was helpful!
I really needed this video! My layouts are starting to feel boring. Can’t wait to try these in my 2023 journal 😊
Aww yay! Glad it came at a good time for you! 😄💜
I love the Excel format. I would love a video on that because that makes my OCD happy!
Lots of great ideas! I love all the clean lines but there's still plenty of space to add embellishment and decoration.
Thanks Claudia! 💜😄

Haha thanks! I though the purples turned out quite well, but I LOVE green 😄💜

Glad you liked it! 😄💜 excel is my favourite 🥰
Thanks so much for these great ideas!
Most welcome! 😄💜
I LOVE these! My layouts are a bit bland with my current theme being “grayscale”. I’ll use these themes in my 2023 journal :D
Glad you liked it! 😄💜

Glad you liked it! 😄💜 I thought the schematics might be helpful and I’m glad they were 🥳
Thank you I will do my journal sometimes when I get free time.
Most welcome! 😄💜
Your spreads🌸🌷🌸🌷🌸 are always innovative and best .👍🏻

These were truly great ideas! Thank you!
Most welcome! 😄💜 Glad you liked it!
The lines are so crisp I keep thinking it's printed on the page :O
Haha 😂 I did appreciate how neat everything turned out, lol
These layouts are great Jashii, can’t wait to use these!!
Thanks Ta’Shandra! 😄💜

An excellent solution 👏 I do similar sometimes too 😄💜

Normally if I do a weekly log, I won’t do separate dailies (I design the weekly log so I have enough space per day to write down what I need to) 😄💜

I don’t get the boxes anymore (not part of the team) but we can expect to see the full reveal in early December I’d say 😊

❤️👍🏻
I'm still staring at excel and watching videos..have Istarted anything? No
Did I buy more Stationary this week? Yup!
Haha that’s still a win I reckon 😝💜
@@JashiiCorrin my bank account strongly disagrees! lol
Screen shots are good. 😅
Haha I keep all mine in various inspiration folders (normally because they are poorly organised and I keep losing them 😝)
@@JashiiCorrin This is the story of my life! 😀
