Man I have the worst pain there.. recently I've started waking up to my arm being numb or my hand numb and throbbing. . I've pulled my shoulder outa place 26 times in the last 20 years. . I actually found that first muscle u pointed out by accident and ever since it's basically my go to to get some relief.. anything else I can do to help with the numbness at night
Over a decade of research into trigger points, self treating, going to a dry needling you and your video helped me the most. Just did this in a matter of minutes. Hope it sticks tomorrow!
This absolutely works, providing relief to an inflamed shoulder. I've been sleeping on my side on a tennis ball for years. Along with some other essential exercises I'm finally getting over years of restricted shoulder movement.
😂 what got me was how the heck does he keep the tennis ball there. Then realised after 3 watches you were up against a window😂. Anyway this really helped, thanks 👍
This muscle has tightened up and is really sore along with traps and neck since injuring the bicep tendon in both arms doing DB incline press. Could it be torn from the pressing? I’ve been advised to take 2 weeks of any upper body. Then was going to do side lying external rotations and maybe facepulls if you recommend when it’s calmed down. Do you have any advice on this and a video on the bicep tendinitis fix too?
Wow that’s exactly where the pain is. I’m gonna try it when I get home. I think I get this pain from sleeping on my shoulders. The pain is in both shoulders.
@@reddnewmillenniumx-ray won't show torn muscle. if it's muscle spasms, this trigger point therapy can help. if it's muscle tear, this will just hurt worse
Yes, side of shoulder is often referred pain from rotator cuff, and front is often biceps tendon which also gets stressed when there is posterior capsule tightness. Watch this... ruclips.net/video/gtuT9AodDQ8/видео.html
I have pain in the muscles of one my shoulder blades, i have the pain on the ride edge and sides of the shoulder blade. please tell me how can i fix that. i got that pain while practicing a specific shot of cricket, called the "Pull Shot" when suddenly it like stretched in such way that now i have alot of pain
I have a question. My shoulder makes loud popping sounds when I do external rotation. I have little to no pain and I was wondering if I have a rotator cuff tear? I can tell more details too
Generally when a shoulder clicks and pops with movement it means that the shoulder joint is not stable. This comes from weak muscles in the shoulder, not a tear. So you actually need to strengthen your rotator cuff muscles, and the muscles that control the movement of your shoulder blade. Have a look at this video... ruclips.net/video/9JN6dTBAyIU/видео.html
This exercise seems to be targeting exactly where most of my pain is coming from. However, I'm still having bit of pain in my upper shoulder (acromion?). Any ideas for that as well?

You can do this on the floor too. It's a bit more intense on the floor though, so start against the wall to start with!
