    You can do this on the floor too. It's a bit more intense on the floor though, so start against the wall to start with!

    Over a decade of research into trigger points, self treating, going to a dry needling you and your video helped me the most. Just did this in a matter of minutes. Hope it sticks tomorrow!

    This absolutely works, providing relief to an inflamed shoulder. I've been sleeping on my side on a tennis ball for years. Along with some other essential exercises I'm finally getting over years of restricted shoulder movement.

    This muscle has tightened up and is really sore along with traps and neck since injuring the bicep tendon in both arms doing DB incline press. Could it be torn from the pressing? I’ve been advised to take 2 weeks of any upper body. Then was going to do side lying external rotations and maybe facepulls if you recommend when it’s calmed down. Do you have any advice on this and a video on the bicep tendinitis fix too?

    • @BodyFixExercises
      @BodyFixExercises  Год назад +3

      Yes, side of shoulder is often referred pain from rotator cuff, and front is often biceps tendon which also gets stressed when there is posterior capsule tightness.

    I have a question.My shoulder makes loud popping sounds when I do external rotation. I have little to no pain and I was wondering if I have a rotator cuff tear? I can tell more details too

    • @BodyFixExercises
      @BodyFixExercises  Год назад +3

      Generally when a shoulder clicks and pops with movement it means that the shoulder joint is not stable. This comes from weak muscles in the shoulder, not a tear. So you actually need to strengthen your rotator cuff muscles, and the muscles that control the movement of your shoulder blade. Have a look at this video...

      Strengthen Serratus Anterior, Lower Traps, and Rotator cuff with these 3 exercises... ruclips.net/video/9JN6dTBAyIU/видео.html
      Release the Posterior Capsule if it's tight...
