I'm saving this vid in my courgette (zucchini) playlist so that when our courgettes start coming in on mass I can make it, looks delicious and such a great way to use up home grown courgettes when you have a lot.

Thank for the summer recipies. Yum. I learned 3 things as a new full time WFPB person. I thought you always had to cook your zucchini, and tofu, I did not know to rehydrate the plant crumbles, and also to add seasoning, that's why mine was nasty, and crunchy. Oopsie. I will be making the zucchini today, and buying some crumbles.
Love your videos and that you don't spend ten minutes showing everyone how to press the water out of the tofu! You just crumble it up and go to the next thing! !! Lol

You can definitely cook the zucchini I forgot to mention that! It tastes really good sautéed for a few minutes!

Aside from the other comment.. the recipes here look great for the most part. I’d skip the nuts and tahini and faux meat. So much fat content.
