listening to this without music in the background is so soothing !
Unusual to see belts with solid copper rivets. These types of rivets are probably the toughest rivets available. From an old time saddle maker, Down Under
Nice clean belt. I really like the angled detail you finished the end with. Traditional brown leather belt with a subtle touch of modern design. Very nice! 👍🏻
Thanks!!
These silent videos are absolutely rad. I just stumbled on these and couldn’t be more excited!
Korean leather craft videos - he took it from there.
There is a beauty in this simplicity and I am grateful for your artistic presentation and your honorable handling of your craft. Sometimes it is in the simplicity that we see the true beauty of a thing.
Thank you
So relaxing to watch. Every time I unroll a piece of leather I HAVE to run my hands over it! I don’t know why 🤔🤓 but I am so crazy about our craft, and the components there in, that every step just makes me a happy camper 🤗 Your videos are perfection to me - the right amount of ASMR, humor and amazing craftsmanship. Thank you!
Wow, thanks for those very kind words!!
The shot where you drag the camera on the belt...niiiice. :)
So Simplic it's chic, yet unique. Half your subscribers are leather aficionados making leather products for even their pets.
Great job, thank god Peter McKinnon shared you on RUclips, new fan here from Mazatlan, Mexico...B)
Oh, that edge beveling ride! A fresh take. 👍 Nice belt, I like the angles on the end.
Peter sent me here. He was right, I could watch this all day. Subscribed.
Just natural sound, skill and quality work. Great video
Would love some videos where you really explain the process and what and why you doing things, thanks!
great vids tho, have watched them all!
Like the Baumgartner channel
Has the ASMR videos and the talking version
I gotta say that’s one dope ass belt. I love the belt end
Your level of artistry not only with your leather work but your video presentation and editing skills are excellent. I have subscribed and look forward to more videos
I love videos that show things made from scratch.
My father is an immigrant from Sudan and I remember when he first came to the United States he worked in a leather factory. He used to work long hours and not be home, I used to always mess around and cause mischief, I always thought my mum didn't tell my dad.
One day my dad took my to his factory and showed me how to make belts, after a month I was ready to make my own belt. I was so happy, that night I went home and my father called me to the living room and was holding the belt I made, he gave me some ass whooping I will never forget. With the belt that he taught me to make. I don't know why, but that set me straight. Maybe one day I will get over my trauma and try to work with leather again.
Yikes.
hahaha found this to funny, sorry bro
It set you straight is the key. And what you made, helped make you the man you are today. Your trauma can be a treasure; through your leatherwork you can honor your father's memory.
bruh this is def something sudanese/egyptian dads would do
Woah, I don't know if it's character building or a horrible memory
At 0:43, I'm like, "It's so aesthetic..." ***gets dreamy eyes*** But, at 1:00? That was just a *really* cool shot! Great camera work on this one. 👏👏👏😊 Awesome video, as always. Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful finish to your weekend! 😃
Hahaha thanks!
Beautiful!!!! The way you work, workspace, end product, you hand and nails, all so to perfection. I must congratulate you on your work. Bye from a lovely Cape Town South Africa
I so love your work ! 🤩😘👍 Love from France.
Nice video to fall asleep 🙂 thanks...
Very relaxing 😌
After seeing this channel I’ve been passionate for making leather products
Ahh now I get it, the first burnish does the face and back edges, then the colour goes on and you use the flatter section to burnish the central part second time! That’s how you get that rounded perfect look...... I’m watching you mister! 😉 Truly has inspirational and informative thank you ☺️
I love quality leather goods. They just get better with age.
I just love watching your videos!
Like the angled end of the belt...❤️❤️❤️. Clean cut
I like it growing up I used to have a friend his pap used to be a leatherman and what makes him unique was he also worked on shoes he would take a pair of boots and replace the worn out souls or treads whatever you want to call them and put on tire treads. I bet I had to be 15 or 16 years old wow where does the time go. I just wanted to share that.
love your work! , You should definitely do a dog collar maybe even with some patterns ? Definitely would buy !!
The only ASMR I enjoy
This is much better than hand making a machine made belt.
Handmade is Better indeed! 👏👏👏
That cutting tool thing in the beginning is so cool
This was mesmerizing. Came here after PM’s video and he was totally right. Keep it up, man!
Came over from Peter's channel❤️ So mesmerizing to watch and I love that you have a specific tool for every job. Great work👍
Longest and best ad i've ever seen.
I just ordered a beginner leather tooling set and now I’m hooked. This was an awesome video.
Stoked for you man!
Tell us what have you achieved in 2 years?
lol. You are simply incredible (awesome idea)...that sponge edge paint applicator made my heart flutter...for sure will be ordering a few to try that. Thanks...for posting the link in the description.
I love your asmr videos! I wish they could last longer! You're doing a great job!! Love from Greece ❤
Your work clears my mind 💟
Nice and easy 👍👍👍👍
очень красивая и классная работа
This video make me relax.. thanks
Dude this is absolutely incredible. So good, thank you for making these videos and inspiring me to get back into making things!
My father used to make belts after his office work to bring more income into the family .
I’m 49 years old now and this was 40 years ago .
I love this and would love to learn it as hobby to just experience what my father went through after working long nine hours long at the office and come home and work another four or five hours to make ten or less belts to sell .
Just love it and thank you very much !
Wish you add a name to the material or tools you’ve used for making belts so we could get more information .
Thank you 🙏
amazing work
You made it look so easy . Beautiful belt . Very nicely done . Loved Loved it .
Best site on leathercrafts! Excellent video, great listings of tools/materials and outstanding work!
I have a tip for making a belt. If you make a belt like that youll want to stitch the the edges to prevent stretching over time. Over a couple years that belt will stretch maybe and inch or two. Just a tip no hate. It looks great
I love how the camera danced across the table with every hit of the hammer.
Haha yea.. didn't see that as I was filming.
Its amazing how i just love wood and leather and metals.. I can't put the finger on exactly what it is.. But anyways i enjoyed watching this and i could almost smell the leather trough the screen!
The masculine urge to try and make my own belt is immense
Very well 😊
Awesome job 👍
Thanks!
Your video's and inspiration will get me to make a belt. Thanks and I'll let you know how my hand made belt turns out.
Excellent 😍😍😍

So satisfying to watch. lol
Now its 43k . within 6 months 1 million\m/.
I hope!
Love your work and your videos are inspiring. I just started out with leather a few months ago. What leather are you using for this belt? it burnishes beautifully.
Handmade 👍👍
Super sir
beautiful video and imagery. Also your website is incredible - well done!
жарайсың американдық бауырым, қолыңның икемі бар екен
Отличная работа! Почему делаешь без запряжника?
Hey man awesome belt I also make belts I’ve experimented with different leathers over time
I’m always looking for more where do you get your leather?
Pete sent me here. Awesome work sir! 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
the handmade leather belt very beautiful
It is a perfectly!
So good
Es un placer verte trabajar. Me gustaría saber si la botella para teñir los cantos que has usado, se puede rellenar o viene con el tinte. Y donde se puede conseguir. Muchas gracias.
Love your videos!
Thanks so much!!
I like what's you creating . Just keep going 👍 your follower from morocco
All that burnishing! You're a pro! I refuse to do it!
Loved your video and the fact no one is speaking but the sounds of tools!
Can you name the tools that you re using?Thnks in advance :)
Beautiful! So you burnish both long sides of the main belt twice before sealing and once more after sealing?
When you burnished with water, what was that marker that you used?
So is the leather you cut out in the beginning a 'single' or 'double'? Like did you have to glue the leathers together at any point for the thickness? i want to make a couple of nice belts myself, but im still in the process of learning the whole nine yards. would greatly appreciate it if you can explain the process in another video. Great video btw!!
Hello! I wanted to ask more. In the video, at 1.22 times, you are using a solution - with Aquilim 315 water-based glue? To strengthen the edge of the belt?
Your vids are the best thank you man
Thanks Aiden!
Awesome!
Nice JOB!!!
Hi, thank you for great video :) if i am using undyed veg tan leather and i want to dye my belt in light brown but still have black leather edges, should i first bevel burnish and dye the edges in black and then dye the face of the belt in brown or should i first dye the face?
This is taught me the many different ways you can use a pizza slicer😄
thats cool man, just starting a belt, can you please tell me what is the edge marker you use, thanks man..
great! Love your videos and products you've made
Thanks so much!
So what is that tool you use to effortlessly cut the leather at the start?
Very nice belt.however sometimes we don’t want to display any brand on our garments . Sometimes you could place the brand in the inside part of the belt .
Good job Men!!!! Congratilations from Brasil.
this is full grain leather right? i saw other chanel, tear open some of the expensive brands belt. they glue together 2 pieces of leather and some with other type material. but yours is more quality
Nice work bro... can you show us... how do you make full hand stitching goods... like the long wallet.... whan to learn your style
Nice video
Love your videos. You do amazing work!
I’d love a glove making video.
What did you need the thread for that you showed in the beginning ?
