That battery is an 18650, any vape store will have them if you ever need a replacement as it's the battery they settled on years ago to power (most)vape mods.
Do 21700 cells fit in it? The way that 18650 cell looked like it would jangle around in the way oversized tube without the sleeve along with the 5mm spare space at 3:46 had me wondering, only issue I could see would be if that tailcap button wasn't compressable without a spring underneath it.
