Nice reaction as always 🤘 Faun (spelled "Fown" [like in down], the softer part in this song) is a German Pagan & Medieval Folk band, Eluveitie (spelled "El-vay-tee", the guy at the end) is a Swiss Celtic Folk & Melodic Death Metal band. They're both one of my favourites.
I have been a big fan of the German band Faun since 2012 and have lots of their CDs. They are a band of 6 members and have a newer female vocalist. They use lots of cool old style instruments. For future reactions, may I suggest: Federkleid (Plumage) Odin (collab. with Wadruna) Walpurgisnaught (is a germanic celebration song showing a traditional ritual for the Pagans - similar to the celtic tradition known as "Beltaine or May Day). Thank you for featuring this great collab on your channel❤️👍 🥰🥰Much love from Canada🇨🇦
If you liked Eluveitie (etruscan form of the celtic word Helvetios, which means Helvetian...pronounced like "El Waity") you should listen to their song "King". Greetings from a swiss or in other words , a helvetian
I love this band so much! The druid is Wolf-Dieter Storl. And he is a real druid. He collects and explain herbs, plants. He is fantastic. He really loves the nature.
Btw. Gwydion fab Dôn is a magician, hero and trickster of Welsh mythology, appearing most prominently in the Fourth Branch of the Mabinogi, which focuses largely on his relationship with his young nephew, Lleu Llaw Gyffes. He also appears prominently in the Welsh Triads, the Book of Taliesin and the Stanzas of the Graves. Just in case ur intersted, and I do hope u are, here is another great Faun song to react: "FAUN - GALDRA feat. LINDY-FAY HELLA OF WARDRUNA"
All in one I can say that they make a mixture of celtic an middle aged music from the ancient middle Europe. The Song "Federkleid" is really pretty, but in fact they touching only the surface of celtic and middle aged music. For further details, search for "Walther von der Vogelweide". He was a kind of Michael Jackson from the middle age. Well known, loved by woman for his poetic songs. Best wishes from Rhineland Palatinate to the US. 😊
Great Reaction again ! The Woman is not FAUN the Band is FAUN is a German Darkwave Neo-Medieval Folk RockBand from 1998. Eluveitie are from Switzerland. And not all Old Man with Beard are Gandalf ;) And Tolkiens Lord of The Ring Gandalf is Based on Druids from Keltic and Nordic History
Part 2 ... "A very well known German who has lived with his family in the Alps for a long time and mainly eats what he grows himself. " ... "He has already written several books and has an enormous amount of knowledge about plants and nature and their effects!"
Hallo D and welcome to the german medieval Rock scene. Faun is so great. But they mostly are playing medieval instruments and songs. This song you was reacting to is one of not so many songs from Faun with metal vibes. But Faun is verry verry great! You say you love medieval backpipes? Ok.... Look for a group called Tanzwut. Songs like "Bis zum Meer" (to the sea), "Lügner" (Liar) or "Stille Wasser" (silent waters) are songs played with medieval backpipes and hard Rock guitars. I know you will like them! Many greatings from Duisburg in Germany.
Hey D, you havent done Rammstein with Stirb nicht vor mir, a very beautiful Song, Look also International Pony, with Leaving Home, Böhse Onkelz with Gute Freunde live at Hockenheim, Tote Hosen with Hier kommt Alex live in Argentina, and i am great Fan from Khruangbin, a Band from Houston, Look Friday Morning😂, happy Easter Days, greetings from Germany
WTF is wrong with this stupid YT censorship?! - Part 1: "This German version of Gandalf is Wolf-Dieter Storl! I am a big fan of him! " ... continued... cause of stupid censorship!
Part 3 ... Look for wdstorl or "Wolf-Dieter Storl"... WTF is wrong whit the censorhips on this channel??? Can't write it all in one comment... gets instant deleted!!!

Faun and Eluveitie do have a way of leaving you wanting more, even though their songs are not particularly short.
