I personally really like this relaxed long form content and I like how deep you go into things and your insights. I listen to this stuff when im aim training although it feels really applicable to my volleyball team. I think one thing that would make me enjoy these videos even more, is if you could go into some insights on you and sean's work at 100t and any situations you were in where you feel like these concepts apply to for example.

Outside of coaching have you read anything concerning adjacent topics like pedagogy and leadership ? I found the book " The Art of Community: Seven Principles for Belonging " incredibly helpful for leadership, DJWheat recommended it to me ! More videos like this would be great ! I find alot of literature in this space is kind of fraudulent " self-help " and its sometimes difficult to parse and identify books that contain actual skill building information.
This type of content is for adults who control their actions, emotions, and life. Things you speak of can be valued and importance thereof recognized only by your contemporaries in their 30's+. Videogames is an environment where respect to others, patience, sportsmanship, and goal-oriented thinking don't exist anywhere even on the pro-level. That's my two cents.
