Transpanner 2 (and even the original Transpanner) is one of the best ambisonic to stereo panners I've come across, and the developer's customer service is excellent. this is a "must get" IMO

I lashed out and got SampleTank 4 - the full version, not the cut-down CS version, for the advertised $1or so (bit more in Australia after conversion) and after (OMG!) 3 days of downloading 90GB or so, finally got to use it, and it's a damn fine bit of s/w for the price. It's come a long way since the early days, some really decent sampled instruments, voices, and all kinds of things, not to mention the actual functionality such as layering, macro controls, full effects rack, man it's comprehensive. Just the choir ensemble was worth the price if I use nothing else! Hopefully the download was just a bottleneck from the initial rush of eager folks. For the RRP, it seems like a pretty decent product, but for this special price, it's criminal to be so cheap! It''s like the time I got AIr Music's XPand!2 for $1, though Sampletank seems much more comprehensive.

I think Ufx Reverb and Raum is very similar in price, looks and function. Ufx Reverb is only free a limited time tho.

Really Silky smooth that reverb. How does that compare to one of the free Valhalla Reverbs?
Hmmm I think with Valhalla you get those really huge unique ambiences, I think I'm bias though as I love Valhalla been using it for years, I think the Ujam Reverb is defo one of the best FREE options for sure though!

It's just not good, in my opinion and like everyone else's that I've seen at least they just want the old LABS back. Odd question: What's the green stuff covering the back wall? I was almost done with the video when the color / aesthetic of the room suddenly caught my eye, and I noticed that the back wall looks like some kind of plastic grass...
Thats exactly what it is! Like a fake grass back drop thingy, it's for my second desk backdrop for when I shoot over there, but I rarely do...

I do find that the Beam thing to be a bit of a rip off.
The time module is really good. but the rest of it was very short lived.. There were a few vids of people raving about it. but I have not seen people use it since.
& to have the time be an adon to it means that its like £150 retail for a shuffler with a nice looking interface.
its on offer for £90 to get it.. I think that way to steep for what it is..
