indeed. just from this humble beginning he's evolved and morphed his sound just enough to establish a unique style with subtle influences. as he ages his musical talents will no doubt grow which might be hard considering he's already this great
@@captainradio5894 LOL Well it was many years ago so I'm a little fuzzy but I thought when I saw him live (the day before I made that comment) he revealed his own age when talking to the audience. It made an impression on me, that someone with that much depth of feeling was so young, and that's why I made the comment. But you are right, I'm sure, and the one thing we can both agree on is that he's a brilliant artist regardless of his age. :-)
How can this not have any comments and so few views. I am absolutely haunted by this song. Incredibly memorable hooks, changes and lyrics. Especially love the vocals on this. Beautifully done, Andy and friends. I can not wait til the new album, featuring this track.
Totally agree, I've been captivated by bearer of bad news for a couple of months now and have so much respect for him and his music he's really incredible I cannot wait to listen to the new album
@@hander86jh yes! If Andy doesn't get nearly the attention he deserves, his side projects really seem to fly under the radar. Luckily, where there's truly great music, there are listening ears that find it.
I was lucky enough to discover him and this LP "The Party" about 10 years ago, and that song is still among my favorite on my playlist.
The best songwriter of our generation in my opinion.

"If he's this brilliant at 25 we have a lot to look forward to." (Was meant as a reply to you, d3rkd1zz)
I'd say together with Adrianne Lenker
If he's this brilliant at 25 we have a lot to look forward to.

He’s not 25 here, he’s 30
@@captainradio5894 lol well I made that comment over four years ago so he was a little closer to 25 at the time ☺️
@@mikepriano3796 he was actually 30 in this video. Lol, I’m just being annoying though sorry.
