Let this Canadian clarify before the Americans get out of sorts: A gallon is 3.78 litres. Not 2.78 litres as stated in the video. Great video Horst, I've been loving the reviews for a long time!

I wonder about this drop. I like oakiness, but when there is too much oak it can kind of blanket the other flavours.
