I’m not a fan of the late 90s plunging neckline and fishnet jersey. Lots of bad decisions made with that one 😂 The original and current jerseys are some of my favorites. I’d put the stealth in the top 3 as well.
Boy, I’m sort of disappointed on these picks. Teal, teal, and more teal. I know that’s their schtick, but especially on the modern look, with the pants, it’s way too much. I miss the orange stripe.
The sharks finally dropping the superfluous orange on their jerseys is the best thing they did. These new ones are probably the best, although I’m not the biggest fan of the cartoony, Pokémon/anime shark. I feel like they’ve never had a great primary shark logo that works, and they deserve something great and timeless. Also John’s opinions are bang on… imo
You're right! The largely forgotten era of the Kings, other than the vintage series in 2004, those shoulder stripe jerseys are pretty well ignored by the Kings...and us apparently
There is one thing about the current jerseys that bugs me... if the jerseys are just meant to swap teal for white, then why are the black stripes on the "inside " on the away jersey as opposed to being on the "outside " like they are on the home jersey?
Their inaugural set is easily my favorite. The current Adidas is a good look as well. And the new alternate is amazing. I'm shocked you liked the first one so much. It's definitely not for me.
Hopefully with the new manufacturing company that is slated to take over in a year and a half, they’ll correct the problems by getting rid of orange entirely and implement more silver!!! 🏒 🦈
We're very, very curious who is going to pick up that contract. Our short list is CCM or Nike, but hopefully it's not the latter. Nike's sleeve game is just awful. So short and disproportionate.
Excellent point of the missing tape on the stick. I guess that person never played hockey before.
The 'original' 90's is by far the Sharks best.
They got it right from the start. We're pretty happy they went back to it this year. Couldn't take another year of stealth mode.
@@uglythirds The teal pants is a bit much though.

Oh don't say that about John's opinions, we'll never hear the end of it lol. But agreed!
I want Phil to do the next intro with a British accent.
1:27 What about LA?

I'll be darned, they ARE different. Maybe that's why I like the white better

There’s no right or wrong it’s your opinion
