  • This is part II of the Bilstein coilovers DIY installation on my 987.2. Part one was the fronts which are good for the 911 and 987/986 cars. The rears refer to the 987 cars but are virtually the same for the 986.

    Thanks for taking the time to show us how you got through those rough spots in the job! Also liked your initial impressions. I really don't like the Boxster's factory ride where you can fit two or three fingers between the top of the tire and the fender lip and jokingly tell folks that mine came equipped with the "off road package." Looking forward to those track impressions and how you dial it in.

    Hi! Great video. I’ve watched them all 🙂 Quick question; did you need to add adjustable camber plates or links to get the camber back to factory settings? If so, which did you buy? 🙂

      Hi, I added camber plates to the front since I was tracking the car and wanted maximum negative camber. You shouldn't need it to achieve factory settings though.

    How's the ride quality on komfort setting ? Compared to the sport ?
