Absolutely that song as one of my favorites. Aye curumba strang gun clappa number /one on the set man I cut you like lumba/ still play the back to my thunder gear/ down to my underwear make all you rappers on the way I come from/ love bootcamp
This track is pure goon shit lol. That was the Survival of the Illest summer at Def Jam where 3 or 4 of the big album releases came with different volumes of full mixtapes featuring assorted Def Jam artists and they were all CRAZY. Still love Sticky and Meth doing the back and forth here
Yea, Meth and Sticky were like comedians with their exchanges. It's like they had punchlines for each other's verses! And yea, it's definitely on goon levels, especially with ONYX. You got the martial artists (Wu-Tang) and the street fighters (ONYX) on one track bringing the goon level of hip-hop that was untouched in the 90s.
During the time I was a big fan of both the Wu and Onyx. When they did this, it just BLEW my mind!! Shout to Killa Sin from Killarmy who also killed it on this track!
Wu All stars- Soul in the Hole. Before Hip Hop got fully commercialized it was all about battling with your skills. You the best in your block, that kid said he better then you, you going to battle him line for line with people around and they gonna decide. It was a outlet for the youth but there’s a lot of art to it!
FAM!!!! I am surprised that Onyx and Wu Tang did not make more records like this. Maybe I might have missed a few that they did, but this had the kind of energy that those two groups put together should have. Another great reaction!!
Bro, there are so many phenomenal crews that were coming outta New York back in the day: Native Tongues (Tribe, De La, Black Sheep, JBs), LONS (which was kind of an unofficial member of Native Tongue and was Busta Rhymes first crew before Flipmode); one of my personal favorites was a group called Rumpletilskinz, a group a lot like Leaders of the New School; they were actually featured on LONS's Sound of the Zeekers. They only put out one album (maybe two), but to this day I still bump that. The album is called What Is a Rumpletilskin; the first track off of it was called Attitudes, and it's a banger. Used to be my theme song in high school...lol.
One of the hardest hittin fuckin rap albums of all time! This was the clean version go listen to this song on the album and the next song Shut em Down remix with the big Pun collab then listen the to original version with DMX. You then understand why I made my first statement. Then… listen to the rest right from track 1. Outa god damn control
Hearing this reminded me of one of the greatest albums ever: "Killarmy - Silient Weapons for Quiet Wars" I would love to see you react to this classic no doubt.
Here's some dope collabo for you to react to 1. Above The Law featuring NWA - The Last Song 2. E-40 and Method Man - NASA Music 3. Deadly Venoms featuring Wu-Tang Clan (Inspectah Deck, Method Man, Cappadonna, GZA), and Street Life - One More To Go (The Earthquake) 4. R.A. The Rugged Man featuring Ice-T, Vinnie Paz, Brand Nubian, Chris Rivers, Chino XL, M.O.P. and Onyx - The Slayers Club
This is one of my favorite collaborations of all time. 2 of the hardest groups on the same track, straight banger. Check out the song F*ck That off this album. X1, all the way fire.🔥🔥🔥
I could listen to this while playing ncaa 06 football in dynasty mode all day and night, New York hip hop got that football madden and ncaa music that’s perfect match
Yea, Meth and Sticky were like comedians with their exchanges. It's like they had punchlines for each other's verses! And yea, it's definitely on goon levels, especially with ONYX. You got the martial artists (Wu-Tang) and the street fighters (ONYX) on one track bringing the goon level of hip-hop untouched in the 90s. Though part of me will always be wondering what kind of rhymes we would've gotten out of ODB if he was still alive and he got in on this.
Someone probably said it, but this is a shortened down version of the song for the sake of the video. The pure audio has some more bars from almost everyone that are 🔥🔥🔥. Nice reactions tho man, keep grinding. Do some Roc Marciano reactions! “Emeralds” is a good one to start with, or “Tom Chambers”
A grimey collab that only Detroiters and super Eminem fans know about, is a posse cut called “Desperados” with Eminem, Proof, Bugz, and the Almighty Dreadnaughtz.
We ask for this reaction and you responded that's DOPE. I got another one for you and as i looked I notice no one on youtube have reacted to this one yet. Please react to Careful by WU TANG CLAN
Killa sin pound for pound was one of the illest out the wu-tang bunch... X one's line "nothing keepin me calm but heat in my palm... sleep and you gone.. see what i'm on...creepin outta the dark... scatter ya parts from here to battery park............" FUEGO!! RIP X one
You got it! The whole thing about this era was that everyone was competing to be the best!. The Wu are so deep that the only thing they did back then and still now is compete to see who can have the hardest verse. I def like to hear you review Nas & Nore body in the trunk.
Bruh, I was 20 when this dropped... I’m in my 40’s now. This collab shits all over everything from today’s era.
FINEST COLLAB IN HE 90'S GOLDEN ERA
Killa Sin is so vastly underrated. Definitely should look into doing Killarmy - Wu Renegades.
I was about to say the same thing... Killa Sin is the best rapper in all of Wu Tang.... he really has to start reacting to Killarmy... and Shyheim..
@@torreypovich8023 For real! Fair, Love and War from Killarmy has one of Sins illest verses.

I knew that Sticky "nine fingers" line was going to get him. Priceless reaction. One of the illest collabs I ever heard.

Ugod, Divine and I believe Power all in that restaurant with Raekwon
That’s why when it comes to hip hop I’m so proud to be from NY, we had some of the hardest beats and MC’s
Do “Soldiers of Darkness”… Killarmy & sunz of man collab.

Onyx feat DMX - Shut Em Down. Damn I’m late lol
Competing for the top was the whole point of Wu. They would sharpen each other and create the ultimate sword.
Listen to Shut Em Down, Onyx and DMX
They need to do a tour now!, Sticky and Meth was like real blood brothers on this!
Great reaction Ahmad. You have to do QB meets Southside (Mobb Deep and Onyx). Real underground gem. Trust me this a banger
