My new favorite dinner recipe! Delicious, cheap and quick! Tender, fluffy rice with fried vegetables, soaked in a creamy egg dressing. A light, yet rich dish with soft spicy notes! 🥕🥚🌿😋

Recipe
2 tbsp. Olive oil.
1 cup. Rice.
2 cups. Hot water.
4 Eggs.
Salt, pepper to taste.
100 g Cream.
1 tsp. Turmeric.
1 tsp. Italian herbs.
Vegetables for rice:
1/2 Onion
3 tbsp. Oil for frying.
30 g Ginger.
Green celery.
1 tsp Sugar.
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar.
1 Carrot.
