I agree I didn’t realize that it’s so random what kind of baby you will get… mine is very easy going, happy, loves to explore, walking at 10 months…. But I haven’t gotten one peaceful night of sleep lol!!! Has not been a good napper and nighttime sleeper. Many of my friends have these chill/lazy babies that sleep all day and all night so you really never know but I love being a mom and it’s so rewarding to see the baby meet milestones and the personality is really showing at 10 months.

Girl you do not need filler, you look fantastic on your own. Don’t forget that being a full time gymnast makes your body fat abnormally thin-it’s ok to have a normal looking body :)

Our baby definitely hasn't been anything like I expected. Everyone told me I was such a chill, easy going baby, and our daughter is the exact opposite. She hasn't let us just sit and hold her since she was a newborn, and she hates sleeping. Our daughter was also holding her head up from birth and an early - 6 weeks - roller. I honestly hope our next kids are a little easier.
You don't need lip filler! Please don't mess up such a naturally pretty face.
It’s her face and body she can do whatever she wants. Lip filler is only temporary. It doesn’t mess up your face permanently like plastic surgery might.
Take it slow getting back into working out. I started running to early and tore my hip labrum. So go slow and work on stability!

I cannot believe she had you jump and do this workout so shortly after birth and after having had to push for hours. Please go see a pelvic floor PT. Also, beware of the 4-month-sleep-regression. She will soon not be able to link sleep cycles and will not sleep as well as she does right now. Ideally you will help her learn to self soothe, soon. All the best!!❤️
Do not do a gym video unless you feel confident that your body is ready. If it was important to you I would slowly work up to it with workouts doing movement that build up to the movements you do in gymnastics. Also would be good to keep going to a pelvic floor physio. I had to do 8 months of it after my baby and I wanted to go back to playing volleyball which involves a lot of jumping and sudden lunging but she didn’t clear me for that until close to 1 year postpartum and only after lots of physio and workouts and assessing my pelvic strength and diastasis.

Jonas’ friends were probably just not helping enough with their newborns to know how difficult it is to take care of a newborn.
