I needed this video... I've notice my main problem is trading too much. Other day I was up $500 after 3 trades in a 30 min period, then got cocky, took another trade and ended up loosing 300 of the 500.

What's a bad idea is working myself to death 80 hours a week hard labor by myself then turn around and dump all that money into improving a house for years that's dumb

When I hear the yes yes yes I'm just waiting for Run DMC to bust out(I'm a 80's kid). Everything your telling people is golden nuggets of info. Never tell a nontrader you daytrade, keep it in the closet.(until your making Lambo money) I don't even discuss it with my wife. In RL I don't know any traders locally to talk with. I think a lot of us from all different walks of life have that drive to be a trader & it's hard to fit that in with people. Having a mentor like Ben etc. to help guide you on your journey & getting educated will make you more money than just losing it to bad trades.There's a reason for centuries apprenticeships & internships was the best way of learning.

I’ve been trading since Dec. 2019…still practicing and studying! Focusing on the charts used to be a problem for me. The solution was to set an alarm every 5 minutes, for a couple hours in the morning, since I’ve been using the 5 minute chart. That way I can take breaks and not worry, my phone alerts me! Great videos you have for beginners on here!

Hi, Is there a time where you close your trade because the price came back to your entry area the 2nd time before it pushes to the direction you think its going? I'm a 1h TF trader and there are some instances where my analysis is right, waited for a confirmations before I entered but what happens is the price came back to the key level (which was already tested) the second time before it pushes to the direction I think the price is going, there are times I closed my entry thinking the market might go the opposite way but end up my analysis was right. What is the best way to do when the price do this? When this happens it makes me think that did I enter early? Was I'm impatient? Though I followed my check list.
Learn where price will turn and take a tp there. So if things go wrong u are already in profit. Seems your not taking profit, how much depends on yourself. That way u would be more relax if price goes back.
Price making double top or bottom in trading before making its moves happens, but some instruments are known for doing this more often than others, so either trade them accordingly or simply stop trading those pairs. And this is where trading one or two pairs come into play, you get to learn how they move and master them. But, personally, when this happens with my trade (s), I either hedge my position ( lock in a small loss or profit) untill price starts making new higher highs or lows, then close the hedging position; or make sure that my stop loss is where its supposed to be, walk away and let it play out; or I simply close the trade, because good trade setups work out almost immediately, and rarely come back to your entry point once they take off.
