Hey Tyler, Could you do a video or comment on the role or correct function of the right foot on the downswing? Once in the correct backswing position with the hip, my right foot seems to push upward (especially on longer shots) and causes some early extension with that slight pushy fade. This is a bad habit going back to the teaching era of drive with your legs for power. Dan Whitakker had a series on youtube on this advocating a rolling feeling of the right foot. I don't see this actually when I watch the better players and wonder if the right foot is just more passive on the downswing than I think. Bit long but thanks for the great channel! I found you with the collaboration with TXG and Matt-best find all year!
This might have just changed my life. I think you just taught me why I can't get open at impact and why I give up my poster. Thank you!!!!!
Will give it a try.
Your swing looks superb.... any advantage or disadvantage in flaring the right foot to help hip rotation Tyler?
Great tip and drill
Thanks!
Really awesome drill Tyler thanks for your time and expertise!🤑
Happy you enjoyed it! You got it! Happy to do it. Looking forward to sharing more.
