Meat cooking has something related to punjabi men.... i have seen my dad in the kitchen for creating not only such rare delicacies but the joy these people are sharing while cooking is all so similar to his..... honestly he taught me a lot about the traditional meat cooking which my grandfather used to make for him..... your video of punjabi food culture like this reminds me of him ..... its a reverence! And hard to find such gastronomy...and my dads presence in my life anymore!!

@Munish dhaini they used to ground garlic and ginger over mortar and neem petle, plus my dad used to tell me that the handi was used and the flavours were intact as compared to cooker...
As i remember my dad had a recipe for chicken breast in cooker where he used to stud black pepper and ginger and used to simmer it in milk .... until milk is burnt and charred aroma is infused in chicken.....i havent eaten that chicken since my dad's diagonosis of cancer..
