HOLDING AWKWARD GUNPLA PIECES FOR PAINTING? HOW I DO IT.

  • Hey. I felt that this is a topic rarely talked about so I wanted to make a video on my process. Sometimes it can be really hard or awkward to hold pieces efficiently when trying to paint our kits.

    As someone who is working on their first painted kit, I appreciate the tips. I currently just use rods cut from the runners and a lot of sticky tack holding my pieces. I’m sure this trick will come in handy. I’ll get alligator clips eventually but clearly they can’t hold everything.

    That's a nice practical tip! That would definitely be useful for unique painting like preshaded and candy coated finishes. On another note, it's satisfying to just watch you spray coats on parts :)
