I tried to joint all four parts, but after operation still shows imperfections and joints. Nothing like yours. There is some issue. It has strange edges like fillets on all joints. Radial erray is not precise even I can do it, it is not precise. I tried several times with no good results. Even when I do it as separate four parts, the fourth part refuses to patch. "A patch fill the hole was created, but it could successfully be attached to the target body". There is a bug.
When you just connect the 4 parts together, through the function - connect. Then there are gaps between the parts because the parts are not joined together. Instead of just joining the 4 parts together. Try doing a Boolean function, (button - Q) and then a Union operation - (button - Q). Then it will be a whole part, and the Patch function will work.
