Add Titles to VR Video in Premiere

How to use the tools in Adobe Premiere Pro to work with titles in 360 VR video. Make them work correctly with VR Plane to Sphere.

Is there anyway to stick the title to the view point? So that it travels with the viewer no matter where they look?
