Nice job, looks amazing. Since the Raptor tintable product is white I'm guessing that it must lighten the color you tint with somewhat? Seems much lighter in color than my buddy's factory Tank green JK. Yours looks way nicer in my opinion :)
I have a TJ that I did the inside tub and roll cage in black this spring and once the peak heat of summer is over I plan on spraying the body. The only issue is that I'm not 100% sure what color yet. It's between silver and olive drab but its hard to commit to something that would be a nightmare to reverse if I don't like it. I'm afraid of the black fading to dk gray in a few years and wonder how your hard top has held up. My jeep is currently silver so I know that already looks good but would like something new and I have to say that green looks great and your jeep in general came out absolutely amazing

Great work! I loved the color and texture you got. I’m planning to do the same for my FJ. I can tell you got the Raptor Liner, was the tintable bed liner and you purchased the color from a 3rd party? How did you get the proportions mixed? Do you have another video with all the details? Thanks man
Yes the color was from a third party and I mixed it based on the their recommendation. And I will make another video explaining the process. Let me know if you have any other questions. I hope yours turns out well.
@trailco3895 Your rig looks fantastic! I'm going to be doing my Tacoma soon. I like the color you used better than Raptor Liner's Olive Green. It's just easier with the Rator Liner tint since it comes in pouches and you add one pouch per 1 liter bottle. I like this color so much better that I'm willing to measure out the tint and hope I get a consistent color through each bottle. My question is, how much tint do you add to each liter bottle of tintable Raptor? I want to know how much of the JEEP TANK PGK tint I need to add to each liter? I hope this question makes it to you and thanks in advance for any help with this. (I did search your videos before asking. Never found the follow up video)
The green was from another color. I will post the link if you want. And I don’t do this for a living but as a side job. If you are in the Denver area and want it done, let me know.
I use the Upol gun and set the PSI at 80-90. This is after the first 2 base coats are around 50-60 PSI. The last coat that is at 80-90 needs to be approximately 3.5-4 feet away. I’m posting a tutorial on this in a week or two.
Also, don’t worry if you’ve already sprayed it and it’s too chunky, you can spray over it and get the desired texture. The only thing I’d add is the adhesion promoter beforehand.

If you wanted to changed the color or go with a regular paint job would the liner be hard to remove ?
What grit sandpaper did you use? Also did you put the adhesion spray over the whole thing before spraying it?
Would you be able to tell me the paint code for the tint? Also, how much product did you need for the 3 1/2 coats? Looks good
