They are indeed. They were one of my highlights at last years NAMM show, and this time again. I love that they listened and made a version without all the electronics which is a little more affordable. With all the materials used and the tools required to machine them, I think they are really reasonably priced. Cheers, Martin
@SearchingForTone These guitars are really crazy loaded with features. You can customize essentially everything on them, and they're made to order. You can customize your own neck profile going from an asymmetrical V shape at fret 0 to a thin C at the 12th fret. I played such a neck there, and it felt amazing with my typical thumb over the top playing. That trem is also crazy good. Extremely smooth, stays in tune, even when bending the other strings aren't affected. I'm really happy they offer now a version without the electronics, and they make them chambered. I could also play a fretless guitar there. That was also a really cool experience! Cheers, Martin
It is, and you can define dimensions, depth, angle, radius... It's crazy. Luckily, you can also choose default templates because without feeling them, it's really hard to imagine it. But you can also easily replicate the neck profile of your favorite guitar, and you can choose the scale length. Cheers, Martin
Very far out there Martin,, i am into some ideas but for a old guy, I'm into the pick-up design but just not so much on pedals in the guitar so much, did you get the chance to actually try playing any and get the vibe on the Tone and harmonics that sound feel? U know what I mean i think, thanks Martin & Lukus
I played a fretted and even a fretless one, which was the first time for me, and they were a lot of fun. You can specify your neck profile yourself, and I had one in my hand that was asymmetrical V on the lower frets going into a rather flat C, like my 335. That was probably the most comfortable I've ever felt a neck in my hands! In regards to tone, this obviously also depends on the pickup you choose, and you can drop any in there. They did sound absolutely fine to me. I would say, the PUs I've played through did sound a little too modern for me, but that can easily be changed and the guitars felt great. I would love to own one of them without all the pedal electronics that they offer now! They were my highlight at the NAMM show, and one of the highlights at this guitar summit. Cheers, Martin
Mindblowing...
@@bavariandave5627 Totally! They've put some serious RnD into them. This is what I call innovative!
