I just got a HEX guitar a few weeks ago, and it's amazing! I got a HEX because I live in South Korea. I've gigged it several times and never had an issue. I brought it to a band practice where my band mates play Aristides, Gibson and custom made guitars....they couldn't believe how good it felt for the price. Also, Sean followed me on Instagram and few weeks ago and when I saw this video, I was like "Wait, I know this guy". I'm planning to basses headless HEX bass soon, and definitely a 7 string later when it's released. People don't sleep on these, they really are amazing.
@@tornoutlawI’ve been looking and they are listed for preorder on Andertons website but nowhere else yet. They are listed for 599 British pounds. But I’m in the US so there is no vat and with the conversion and shipping it would be somewhere close to $750 dollars. Not bad for the features but definitely a good bit more than I was hoping for lol.
every guitar i own from a south Korean company is flawless, their quality control is above and beyond anything ive owned made in America or anywhere else
Really intrigued by this brand...amazing value if the quality is like they promise. I would love to hear from some people that bought current models. Very curious about the quality of the trem because in lower priced guitars this is where they can suffer some quality gaps.
As an owner of 5 headless guitars, beyond decent build quality, the make or break feature is the quality of the bridge, especially on trem loaded models. If the bridge is good quality all other little niggles can be sorted but, if it’s crap, it will never be a useable instrument.
I have a HEX headless, the Korean version of HILS, and the bridge is excellent. I had a friend who is a touring musician in Canada in America try it and the first thing he noticed was how smooth and solid the bridge and tuners were. He was visiting South Korea, just for clarification.
So we can actually soon have affordable headless guitars with tremolo in Europe? 😲 They will sell like butter. Lost opportunity for Ibanez and other brands. Will get one for sure. And probably a bass as well. 😏
When you get the headless multiscale bass in, they won't sit in the shop for long! Affordable multiscale basses are just not on the market at all, the demand is there. You don't have any HILS basses on your website yet.
looks like euro symbol to me, not gbp, so it's probably: 590 euro - trem 475 euro - hardtail, matches the current price at andertons (399 gpb), which makes sense 830 euro - the one with fishmans and stuff
Thanks again to Leo Fender for stupidly calling a pitch vibrato system a ‘tremolo’ bar. Tremolo is a volume/amplitude effect. Ignorant guitar players have been misusing the term ever since, which is incredibly ironic, when you watch total gearheads talk about guitars, but not know the first thing technically about such a prominent feature.
Please stay alive for a long time. We need brands like Hils!

I'd buy the shortscale bass in a heartbeat.
Yeah. If it had rear routed controls it’d be awesome. The shape reminds me of the old 80s Riverhead Phantom bass!
6 string!! 30 inch!
would love to see a bass 6 for sure
I've been waiting for an afordable headless bass😍
Get one! I have one of their guitars and it's solid. I'm getting a bass soon.
I love mine! Can’t wait for the new stuff
I’ve had Hils for a while now and it just plays beautifully. Great bang for the buck for sure..
I nearly got a hardtail one, I'm glad I held off now I know a trem version is coming soon.
That’s what IM saying! Can’t wait. Did they say towards the end of December?
와우~헥과장님 영어까지~~~^^
다재다능 하시네요~!! Hils 흥해랏~!!
As soon as the trem version drops...imma get one ! Cant wait .
Same here. Do you know the name of it?
I love the 5 string headless multi scale bass. I would buy a decently priced one in a heartbeat!
Price Tag says 710€. But that's probably an exhibition only offer. No German/EU vendor yet?

I want a fan fret 6 string so badly! Cmon Hils!

very interested in getting one of their guitars.
I'm seriously considering one of these, with hot rail pu's and the roast neck. So dope.
Yes, trems!
Cool guitars. I've got one of the hardtail versions headed my way.
If they put out the multiscale one with a trem I´m gonna buy one instantly. Looking promising

Thanks. I just bought the one without trem.
I hope someday they will make more models with 5 way switch, HH and HSS pickup configurations and chrome hardware.
These look like a good option for someone thinking about a nice lite weight headless guitar. I’ll take a hardtail with the passive pups.

What's the name of the tremolo model?
Love the headless 5 string bass, what's the scale length?
It's 33.-35. I just confirmed on the Korean website.
@@MrJingles021 they just released the page for this model on the website, all information is there!
Passive headless? I'm so there for that
what is the string spacing on the fan-fret bass? i can't find this info on their website.
So hoping the headless 4 bass will be released. I don't see any details on the company website about headless basses
Waiting for a price on that multiscale 5 string!
Where was the Yolo model? I wish they had exhibited that one.
Hils hexxxx bestttt
Will those be sold in france or Germany, or other EU countries ?
1:57 does that tag mean the price is 580pounds or about 770dollars?

Anyone selling these in Europe?
I wonder about the trem….

Eff around and make a bass vi to show the competition you mean business, hils. 👀
6 string bass when?
ruclips.net/video/2sPIlLvn7BA/видео.html edible guitar picks?
Why no EU shop? God damn Brexit. I would buy that bass in an instant, who cares what wife says.

Strandberg rippoff
how very attentive
Just better
Every electric guitar is a fender ripoff by that logic
Good. Strandberg is overpriced for how middle of the road they are.
Strandberg has been ripping you off for years😂. I'm buying this Gem.
