Neewer Two pack dimmable LED budget lights - any good?

These cheap LED lights come with a "selfie" stick and screw in tripod base and are USB powered. You can power them from a powerbank, which makes them pretty portable.

At 10w each they're decently bright. You could definitely use these as key lights, but...
The build quality (as I mention several times in the video!) is nowhere near what I've normally seen in Neewer products. They actually feel like a rebadged "no-name" product.
However, the light they put out is pretty decent and colour temperature seems to be quite good too.
I'll be using these in future videos, but most likely as side or fill lights - I already have some of the larger Neewer 660 LED light panels.
Especially if you need to travel light, these are not a bad choice. Better made lights are out there, but will cost more.
They're dimmable so if you use one on either side of your face (for example) you can get a nice shadown and light effect, which gives more of a 3D "pop" to your video. Super lightweight and also useful for making unboxing and product review videos.
