    Good morning. Another great interview by Teach Dem. I group up during this era. The lecturer take us down memory lane. Those were some great clashes sound to sound, deejay to deejay etc. The beauty of it there was no violence and the lyrics were kept clean and fit for airplay. These clashes were used to determine the dancehall king and queen. I need to bring back these days when people can enjoy themselves, the true king and queen is determined based on their musical talent. Again these things need to be done violence-free and everyone enjoys themselves. I like the idea of the museum. Thank you lecturer for informing us, taking us down memory lane, and let the new generation know what it used to be back in the day.

    Great interview and it would be great to hear individual in depth interviews with Papa San, Stitchie and Professor Nuts to hear their side of issues raised by Lecturer. The powers that be in Jamaica do not understand the international financial power of reggae music and Lecturer's idea of a museum is fantastic. Country music does this in America and pulls in millions of US dollars a year.

    Teach Dem, respect;
    Big up the great Lecturer.
    I've been always wondering where is this DJ.
    In 1987,I was I was the MC at a show in Waterford St Catherine and after calling the names of about the first 5 artists and no one appeared on stage/absent,it was pure Shandy bottles followed by this guy with a long knife.
    Man,I was shocked.
    It's this DJ Lecture who saved us.
    He just appeared on the stage, grabbed the mike and said," Yow!
    Ease off and saved the band and all of us.
    I think the promoters advertised some artists that they never booked.

    Big Respect General Lecture, love the interview Teacher, the best days of Dance Hall Reggae Music is gone it's just the truth there is no respect no good vibe inside the Dance Hall anymore sad to say, going to Dance Hall these days is like going to war it doesn't matter who you are, and sadly we don't even know that is our own business we are killing, the little man who uses to sell his jerk chicken and jerk pork, the soup man cane man peanut man all gone because they are afraid to be robbed and even get killed, trust me the Artist has to stop most of their bad man lyrics it's like promoting badness and we need to have our Artist in the dance hall live every now and then or most of the time, this kind of style they are using specially when you have more than one sound we should be able to go and enjoy your Artist who u like and can go home in peace without any fear. Blessings and thanks big respect for your Platform great job 🙏👍🏻
