One thing I have learned in my new hobby of looking at and reading behind the scenes material from Games, movies and TV shows is that no matter what you think of the final product, those artist, actors, musicians and artisans working on whatever it is are giving their heart, soul, imagination and passion to make it the best they can and they ALWAYS deserve all the kudos and thanks we can muster. So pumped for Lightfall and beyond. Thank you
PLEASE make more videos like this! I absolutely love the music from Destiny and greatly appreciate hearing from the people that make it possible! Thank you, Bungie Music Team, for being so awesome!!!
Destiny’s music has been so unique over the years. Ethereal, triumphant, upbeat, somber, nostalgic, you name it. Salvatori, Lewin, Mosser, Sechrist, and the rest of the crew have done a phenomenal job at making Destiny music so varied over the years but also having it revolve around the triumphant, beautiful core and identity that the series has. Destiny really enhanced my OST nerdness, and I couldn’t be happier. I listen to this everyday while driving the school, and it just gives me emotions I can’t describe. Many tracks have given me motivation whenever I felt down, or inspired me to do more or to just take it easy. It sounds weird, but that’s the impact Destiny music’s had on me. They say music can make or break a game. I say that without music, there is no Destiny. Thanks, guys.
The music by Marty is why I fell in love with the Halo and Destiny universes. Salvatori has kept the energy all these years and it's what keeps me engaged with the PVE.
It might just be me having a moody day, but honestly just hearing the little snippets of the Lightfall and Neomuna themes in this video moved me to tears. Destiny is one of those games where I'll never turn down the music.
As always the music is insanely good. But that title screen hit different. Gave me OG destiny vibes which gave me chills and nostalgia. Really hyped to hear all the new music soon!
I just like how it all starts with imagination and some notes on paper all way to a symphony of light and hope for the heart of the one hearing the magnificent melody as sweet as the best candy you have ever tried in your entire lifetime
I wish I could be a part of this. So much energy can be put into music where words can fail. It would be a dream to create music as powerful as what Bungie has worked on.
There is something about the expressions and words (these) musicians/artists use that make it sound really passionate. Looking forward to seeing it all come together and thanks for this insight in you work!

one of the major selling point of Destiny for me is the music itself, sometimes i play the activities only to experience the different enviromental and situational soundtracks rather than seeking loot, and i've never been disappointed since 2014 :)
Bungie, your music department is just so extravagant. It’s really something special when they consistently put their all into these beautiful pieces of art. The goosebumps alone tell you the passion they have for the music.
It was hearing the music of Destiny that brought me back when I quit a month before the Witch Queen came out over the imminent content vaulting. These are the unseen heroes of Destiny.
Music is the most integral part of making anything good. It's cool to see insight on something that we players take for granted, which is the franchise's banger music.
There’s been at least one track from every release that is just beautiful, i’m talking goosebumps. Always appreciated the soundtrack to this game particularly, thank you for your amazing work!
I love what Joss Mosser says at 1:50 about how the music adds another emotional layer enhancing the experience. It is so true, a big part of a dramatic moment in a story that gives you chills, for me anyway, happens in large part because of the music. Watch one of those moments without music and while it is still good without the music you just don't get that "chill" effect you get when you watch it with a music all score accompanying it.
The music you guys come up with is amazing. The Journey is still my personal favourite, the choir in that piece is just something I can't find anywhere else.
Guys they music to light fall I have to say is beautiful. I love it. It fits the feeling of the game. It set the mood. Hands down the best game soundtrack ever. Y’all did an incredible job and the music for the game is visionary I think. This is music to experience, not just hear. Thanks , but also it is so hard for me to start the game now because I am stuck listening to the score. Top notch y’all .

the lesser intense orchestral tracks gives me so much GRIS vibe. Never thought Destiny would have such vibe. Honestly it's getting me excited for the story wondering where these tracks would fit in.
You've done an incredible job! Your music doesn't just emotionally expand the story. In my opinion, the whole game is based on it, it is the musical accompaniment that makes Destiny the game we love. Please don't stop. Your music carries incredible emotions that help to be persistent, brave, purposeful, your music inspires hope. No matter how difficult, painful, scary it is, we must not forget about the light. Thank you Bungie, thank you for everything.

I'd love to have my nerd side satiated and hear what kind of of chords they used how they used those chords as functions to get the purpose, feeling and message across to us the player.
I'm so excited for Lightfall and this music is so gorgeous. I can't wait to listen to it in full.
Michael Salvatori looks so happy doing his job, fills me with joy
Guys they music to light fall I have to say is beautiful. I love it. It fits the feeling of the game. It set the mood. Hands down the best game soundtrack ever. Y’all did an incredible job and the music for the game is visionary I think. This is music to experience, not just hear. Thanks , but also it is so hard for me to start the game now because I am stuck listening to the score. Top notch y’all .
Destiny music will always be one of my favorites. This team is amazing! Great job guys.
Massive props to all involved in getting me hyped everytime I'm in an encounter nodding my head back and forth while kicking ass!! I love all the music in D2 🤙🤙
It’s funny seeing all the same speakers and stuff that are at the recording studio where I work. I could just open up Pro Tools and compose my own Destiny score lol
the lesser intense orchestral tracks gives me so much GRIS vibe.
