  • For Joe Allen, his Navy flag symbolizes freedom. The veteran served in the Navy for six years, fighting in Vietnam. But he's still fighting his own battle at home, suffering from PTSD. Joe now lives in a Connecticut condominium complex. He claims one day management told him to remove his Navy flag. InsideEdition.com's Leigh Scheps ( / leightvreporter ) has more. #InsideEdition

    • @2bRealist
      @2bRealist 6 лет назад +1

      Well... no, he does not.
      You see, he also has every right to sing into contract with an apartment complex.
      He laterally signed over his right to put up the 2nd flag when he went into contract with them as it is clearly stated. One flag per resident.
      Now you tell me.. does he not have a right to contract himself in the USA?.. or should we bar veterans from making business contracts all together?? O_o

    Soldiers and officers, heroes both, embody valor's creed, protecting with unwavering might and noble deed. Yes, and we should not allow Homeowners associations and their collections agencies to ignore a disabled veteran's questions, checks over the amount he thought it was, and communications (almost 90yrs old). Then foreclose on his home for HOA dues, then did not let him know his home was sold, and did not let him pay a small $3k fee to get his house back. A $400k house with $300k in equity sold for pennies. The whole family is comprised of veterans who served our country. It's a travesty of justice and unconscionable. It happened in Nevada. Call the lawmakers.

    This is a load of bs telling a veteran he can't put up the flag of our navy? The military forces that r a crucial part to keeping America safe? I'm sry but this is wrong he should be about to display both flags he's showing his respect for his fellow Navy men and respect for his country to make him take them down or punish him for it is wrong and there's something wrong with those ppl who r punishing this man

  • @gigi.h229

    I think they should change the rule to you can have the American flag and one other flag up. The reason for the only 1 flag rule is because they don’t want peoples yards looking crazy
