5:24 you didn't save 2 civs, you lost 3 civs because when you give dobrudja civs dont dissapear you just transfer them to u r teammate and get additional civs , so overall industry of whole axis becomes bigger by 3civs

You lose the population and you cant build there anymore. Technically you are still 'losing' out but yeah the axis as a whole gets more industry.

@@madhat2569not really about being allowed or not but you put all your research in one tree and by dividing your industry you lose efficiency and research time that can be used if you specificly go one route. We divide roles in mp just for that and they do have soft attack guy. Tommy wanted to be hard attack guy and put all his resources ( be it research or production efficiency) to it.
