Here’s how you make this delicious No-Oven Cashew Sesame Granola at home ☺️
Ingredients :
Rolled Oats - 1/4th Cup
Coconut Oil - 1 Tbsp
Cinnamon - A Generous Pinch
Salt - A Generous Pinch
Sweetner of Your Choice - 1 Tbsp (Maple Syrup/ Honey/ Brown Sugar/ Jaggery)
Nuts of Your Choice - 2 Tbsps (Cashews/ Almonds)
Sesame - 1/2 Tbsp
Greek Yogurt
Blueberries
Mango
Mint
Process :
Start by roasting the rolled oats on low heat in a saucepan - add in the cashews along with the sesame seeds & toast them until they start to brown
Add in the cinnamon pwd, salt, coconut oil, maple syrup/ sweetener of choice & cook for around 5 minutes/ until the sugar starts to caramelise & the mixture starts to dry out
Transfer the granola to a parchment paper or a piece of foil- spread it out & allow it to cool down completely
Serve it with some fresh fruits & yogurt & Enjoy 🥭🫐
