What incredible value! Those cheesecakes looked so delicious, my favourite will always be olain baked cheesecake; it's something I used to make often when I was married. I love lemon desserts too and the Mont Blanc had me almost 🤤. The prices and portion size absolutely cannot be beat. I'm guessing that there was a bakery nesrby? I'd be eating those every day if they were available in 🇨🇦 😂 Thanks for the terrific video. Now I'm going to order some springform pans so I can get back to baking again. I almost sold my stand mixer and I'm glad I didn't because it's going to be put to use very soon. I'll make a baked cheesecake but I can guarantee it won't be anywhere as delicious as the one you had. I'm going to make a pound cake too, and after it's out of the oven, I use chopsticks to make holes in the cake and then I pour lemon syrup on top: it soaks through the pound cake but the best part of it are the bits where the chopsticks went through because the cake is soaked in lemony goodness.
