I became aware of this film just now as I'm watching it for a film festival submission. Simply amazing and it deserves all the recognition it can get. Remarkable parents, friends, caregivers, and above all the children and young adults affected. Being so rare I was surprised to see a West Nyack, NY family, a town over from me, and even more impressive is that it is Dr. Natacha Najm. I'll be sure to spread the word and help educate people by sharing this wonderful film.
Thank you so very much. My grandson has KAT6A, I am trying to get him the speech therapy he needs, he wants to talk, and I believe that he will some day speak. He has words and expresses his ideas, so that you can sometimes understand. This video will be able to help parents with a diagnosis of KAT6A for the first time for a child and give them so much more insight then a lot of us have had.
