Daybell is facing the death penalty for the murders of his first wife, Tammy Daybell, and Tylee Ryan, 17, and JJ Vallow, 7, the youngest children of his second wife, Lori Vallow Daybell. He is a self-published author and prosecutors have described him as the leader of a 'Doomsday' cult.

Day 28! Why is Idaho wasting tax payers $$$ on this serial killer?
Chad letting his erudite, stiff, meerkat upright stance let down a few times over last few days. Steeple fingers twitching quite a lot more. Not so composed and gargoyle still. Starting to feel the heat? I do hope so.
During the defence case too. That’s the point at which a defendant should start to feel it’s going a little better. But in this case… 👀
What if you are dismembering someone with a pick axe, could DNA be on the axe? O M G this guy is making me nuts!
I feel like a kindergarten student listening to Prior ask how DNA works. What if I touch the microphone? What if I touch this chair? What about this bodily fluid? Oh, all bodily fluids? So, what about this one? All of them. And this one?

I don't think Prior had heard of DNA before this case. This was his personal Perry Mason moment. Too bad the case didn't rely on DNA.

So Prior uses respect to his Doctor witness but no respect to the judge or the prosecution witnesses. And if Emma would have testified for the Prosecution, would he have suggested she take time for a tissue or a drink. But so telling that she did not cry for her mother.
Emma basically implicated herself. I now think she was part of the conspiracy to kill the kid's and her mother. She spoke so badly of her mother it's clear she is a brainwashed cult member.

Right? No tears. Did you notice that Chad didn't look at Emma once when she was on the stand [Chad stared at the jury the whole time], but when Garth and Joseph Murray were testifying, Chad was laser-focused on them and didn't look away once. I got the creeps. Chad emits evilness.
The judge and attorneys are back in court discussing some legal arguments, I'm watching it on East Idaho News.

I think they're all psychopaths. How TF do they have empathy for dumbbell but not the literal children murdered and buried in the back yard? Sad that the defense can’t seem to have their witnesses ready. I’d be upset if I was a juror and kept being sent home early because of scheduling issues.

The judge had the public to leave and is in a meeting w/the jury and the attorneys to discuss the scheduling for the next few days. Last I heard, they probably won't be back in session until Tuesday morning. Still don't know if they will come back briefly this afternoon.

I don’t understand how Google can be given a warrant for info and be allowed to decide what or how much info they will provide. A warrant is a warrant. They aren’t in charge
Unfortunately they are a global wide multi-billion dollar company and could care less if they get cited by a small jurisdiction for not providing the evidence requested. :( If it had been kept a federal case I doubt they would have been so bold as to refuse it or ignore some warrants altogether.

The facts that surround theses incidents in time frame and where the defendants were alongside the texting and witnesses with DNA is substantial evidence in prosecutors presentation.
The defense is educating us on how DNA works isn’t going to element factors.
It doesn't matter a bit that there is no electronic data showing Chad and Alex on the property at the exact same time nor that there's no electronic data showing exactly what was discussed. Chad calls Alex he says Hey the place is all yours I'm leaving and I'll be making sure Tammy isn't around Alex says okay I'll do the deed
