Great video and I love how you set yourself apart by making 40-50 calls a day. I am not sure this is important to sellers right now with the market so hot with multiple offers and bidding wars.
Sellers are looking for active and aggressive agents in every market.
I really admire your content, Jackie. Very confident from whatvI watched of it.
(FYI, the high number of ads at frequent intervals really disrupts the flow and makes it difficult to really become engaged in your content)

This seems really long winded to me. 18 minutes in and we haven’t set an agenda, reviewed the pre qualification, reviewed and clarified his goals, his struggles, with his last agents marketing efforts. He seems bored and responding positively because it’s a recorded role play. I love Jackie but I don’t think this is a great role play. The real skill comes when she starts to present the cma.
Over zoom and 20 minutes in, I don’t see this listing agreement getting signed.
I love Jackie, I really do. But if a great listing presentation is question based and gets the seller talking- this guy said like 10 words so far.

I want to say that I wanna invite someone to come see me any day, talking on the phone between certain hour to an hour but I work from home or a Starbucks how do I offer that my office is way too far I don’t ever go there

No, I never used that line because I always worked from home. Obviously, that is applicable for agents that work in an office.
