I brought a whole bunch of friends saying how great this upcoming group is going to be and to my dismay they sucked!! They only had Daryl and John and maybe one other guy and you've been in my father's place like you just stated and they just didn't cut the mustard. My friends were ready to kill me. Years later. They land up being a phenomenal artistic musical band filled with genius and all that other good stuff you put together to make it an outstanding band. Daryl Hall has is incredible. He can play like three different instruments? I love him ❤ I felt so bad that we walked out on them at my father's place. Then life stepped in and I got busy raising my children and Daryl's house came into play on AHS TV show I think was the station. Now they have it on RUclips. I love ,,,,,,,, Wait for me when Patrick sings it. So let me take back every bad comment.. Wow! Like they just mesmerize me now. I don't think I go through a day without listening or putting my phone towards Daryl's house. Yes he did make a comment with Howard Stern stating he did do a little But yes, he said he did a little , tested the waters and realized his career was much more important than the drugs. They said drugs didn’t really interest them much, doesn’t mean they never did them...probably just did them less than others in the 80s, which is a pretty low threshold in that time period considering how much drugs were being consumed. It is very obvious by the glazed-over look in Hall’s eyes and his erratic movements that he is under the influence of some substance. This is a ballad and he’s performing it like it’s an uptempo high energy pop song.

He also went to and performance the following night and was great. Of course they did drugs! They just were not that in to them. They are two very talented singer song writers.
