The ship sent out a ‘May day’ call minutes before impact which enabled the Baltimore authorities to close the bridge on either side. There were six construction workers doing maintenance on the bridge and they were not informed on time, sadly they all lost their lives., please stop spinning the news for views.. this is not the first time you have done this, when it comes to international issues your analysis is poor..
