I like the frig opening in the van's forward direction. Load from the outside standing up looks nice instead of having to get on your knees all the time. The swivel seat is also great, especially if you are going to occasionally have more than two people in the van. The lithium battery capacity and charging capability is awesome. Including a Skylink is something I possibly should have included in my custom build. I went with the same rear exterior storage system and love it. Some negatives, I really like my cassette toilet with the cassette serviced through an outside door. A porta-potty is disappointing in such a top of the line build. Don't like those all inclusive touch screen panels. Just give me old fashioned switches, at least on some of the lights. Going with the Ecoboost AWD Transit was a longer wait but I think it will be worth it over the long run. I'm not sold on the Sprinter. Time will tell on that one. Enjoyed seeing your design. It's about $45K more than what we spent but you definitely have order of magnitude more boondocking capability than I do.
You nailed it, I was partially saddened, as I just got my RV and did not get a chance to look at yours before making a decision. I would make one change, add 110 outlet in the back, as I know I would add a second fridge in the back for longer trips. Really enjoyed seeing such a clever design, you covered short comings of almost every short wheel based out there. Thank You!
Question about the recirculating shower. Do it would use the used water in the shower pan and put it on your body? Does it get filtered at any point before it goes on you from the shower head? Just seems unsanitary to run used water to shower with.
Absolutely - it’s exactly the same as having a bath, maybe even cleaner. You’d fill the shower pan with 3.5 gal of hot water then hit the recirculation pump. You can have a great 7-10 min shower. Then you can turn the fresh pump back on (no recirculating), have a quick wash, and rinse off. This way, if you’re concerned, no “dirty” water has touched you, and you’ve achieved a great 10 min long warm shower with only using 3.5-4 gal of water. A huge improvement over a 1.5min shower.
Well done, love the recirculating shower, the sink faucet, and the huge battery bank. Very clean lines. May I suggest that you wear a mic as the sound is a little muffled. A great B van on a shorter chassis!
Excellent, good for you guys. It’s good to see 48 V systems becoming more available. With that size of a battery pack, and your water carrying capacity, how much do you have left in the van? I assume it’s a 2500 series sprinter. You’re probably very close to the maximum weight capacity of the chassis.
Good point, like most adventures - we’re definitely on the chunky side, with plenty to spare for humans and luggage. It’s why we also focus on including really good suspension systems 🙌🙏
Thanks for the comment Bill! Unfortunately we don't build on the Transit. We hope you've had (and continue to have) many, many happy adventures in your van though.
Dang, I was really interested to see this one… but why all the video cuts? You don’t show the legless bed going into place, you don’t show the shower setup… you just say that they’re easy / quick. If they’re easy / quick you really should’ve shown them. Feels like Microsoft’s first Windows demo.
Hi there, thanks for your comment. The video cuts are just down to our efforts to try and keep the video under a certain time. We're making standalone videos for all the set-up scenes (e.g Bed, Shower, Seat). Have you seen our standalone video on the Vanhalla seat? It shows how quick it is to manoeuvre the seat into several positions including the bed. We've also got standalone videos coming for the bed and the shower, so hopefully folks will appreciate them. Thanks again for your feedback, it helps our marketing team improve and ultimately tell a better story about our epic adventure vans. ^ Robyn
Yup, on the Oasis Series you'll find the 17" Art3mis wheels. There is a portable, Thetford toilet that's included with the van, and can be stored in the shower box.
Are you able to sit reclined and seat belted in the the passenger seat while someone else is driving? Sometimes I just want to snooze while my wife drives and vice versa.
Hey Manuel, according to FMVS regulations: whilst the van is in motion, the seat must be in the upright position, with the footrest tucked away. We call this the "Travel Position."
Where is the bathroom if one? Is there a reason besides space? Such would probably keep me from purchasing..porta potty wouldn't work well..thanks for a well done tour though!!
Love it….but …hundreds of thousand hours…..cmon man. There’s only so much that can be done in a small space, you’ve refined basically the layout of so many others, well done but it would have to be priced out of reach.
Pretty sure Tony meant hundreds of hours R&D 😂 yes, layout is limited by the stringent RVIA rules (which we follow to the letter) - innovating constantly with fresh ideas and a new approach to the Class B adventure vans market is what we’re all about. Subtle (but huge) engineering improvements to everything - kitchen, seats, power, water, cabinetry, lighting, showers, beds, accessories… 300 little improvements to the traditional way of doing things = a premium quality adventure van with cutting edge technology - at very competitive prices. Exactly what the market needs 👍🙌
@@remotevans That's good to know! There were so many great things about the van but at the end seeing no toilet I was worried. Cause when you gotta go, you gotta go!

Hey John, you don’t have to, you could always wash for a minute and then recirculate clean water and have a nice long shower. It’s the same as having a bath.
I can't believe the amount of features they deliver with these vans. They blow the competition out of the water!!!
I've heard that all diesel vans and RV are getting called back for some reason. only diesel has anyone heard of this starting in 2024 2025
Thanks for the kind words 🙏
This is a killer van. I've looked at hundreds and this one.. wow.. totally me. Great job guys and gals at Remote Vans!
Thanks for the awesome comment Jim, we appreciate it!
Been seeing a lot of RV layouts, but this is definitely one to consider.
Love the shower circulation system and the A/C system but would trade the big chair for a toilet/wet bath.
Thanks for the feedback Lori! We appreciate it.
Wow! This new model looks so good!
Thanks Matthew! We appreciate the support!

Great idea - you’ll pleased to know that specific change was included in our new 2025s 🙌
Wish you made this for the Transit
Is there an option to opt out of the 3rd chair for a lower price? Not something I would need as a solo traveler.
Love the Dark Mission branding! Looks great on the Oasis!
We 💯 agree!

He’s wearing a mic. George. Maybe a better mic.
@@lilyLily1824Oh, yes, I see that now!
Great design! 👍🏼

Sweet how much will the oasis cost
Hey Cindy, the Oasis Series is priced at $222,500. You can learn more about the Series at remotevans.com/van/oasis-series/
So when are the Ford Transit models coming out?!
Hey Derrick, we build exclusively on the Sprinter platform, so unfortunately we aren't building on the Ford Transit. Thanks for stopping by though!
I'm interested. I have a Storyteller LT. It looks like you have improved on what Storyteller has done. I wish you had used a Transit.

Do you make a 170 Sprinter conversion?
Unfortunately not at this time Roger, we're super focused on building the best 144s on the market at the moment. Hopefully in the future :)
Anyway to get the aegis but in the oasis blue color scheme?
Hey Steve, thanks for your comment. Our Aegis Series comes in Maroon or Dark Mission. We agree though, that Oasis blue really is awesome!
BATHROOM?
There’s a collapsible shower located behind the Vanhalla seat. Our layout does not have permanent bathroom.
Are those wheels are 17”. How about restroom ?

But not recommended while driving?
Microwave Air Fryer please...
Will take it into consideration for our future builds 🙌

Don’t think he meant literally thousands of hours. He also said the generator will run forever on basically no diesel. Doesn’t mean it actually does…
WHERE'S THE TOILET?
