Onboard another Wizzair flight, this time to a new destination and a new country for me, Vilnius in Lithuania. Yet another very smooth flight with Wizz, no hassle or delays and therefore no complaints. Flight was quite busy however, the seat next to me was free which I was quite pleased with. One thing that I do like about Wizz (and this might just be luck) but the windows are kept very clean! No scratches or fingerprints on the inside of the windows which I perfect for filming. The weather this morning in Luton was beautiful, very clear with a hazy sunrise, set up for some great views during the climb out, over the M1 motorway before turning left and all the way round to head North East towards the Baltic states. Quite a lot of overcast skies for the rest of the journey then, not much to see unfortunately once in the cruise. Approach was also a little grey, but you can see some nice winter scenes and patches snow scattered across the landscape once below the cloud cover.

Something a little different now, I'm going to start rating things about the journey. Such as my experience at the airports on departure & arrival, how good the flight went the friendliness and manners of the crew etc. Just something to give you an overview of my experience on this journey. I'll give things a rating out of 10 (with 10 being the best) then a brief explanation of why I thought that.
So here goes.
JOURNEY REVIEW:
Luton Airport Departures: 5/10
Punctuality of flight: 10/10
Condition of aircraft: 8/10
Friendliness of crew: 7/10
Arrival at Vilnius: 3/10
At the moment Luton airport is undergoing a refurbishment, so it does look a little bit like a building site in places. Arrows pointing in all sorts of directions and white boards up everywhere, was a bit of a maze between security and the departure lounge. And as always during busy times of the day, like the time I was there for this flight the departure lounge does get VERY overcrowded. So lots of people just standing round the edge or sitting against walls with literally nowhere else to sit. However there's enough places to grab food & drink and it all went fairly smoothly.
Flight was bang on time and actually arrived 10mins ahead of schedule to punctuality was spot on. Like previously mentioned I've always found Wizz aircraft to be very clean, spotless windows and seating area. Crew although they did speak English wasn't the clearest and sometimes a little abrupt when responding to people, but friendly enough to me.
My arrival at Vilnius was a little problematic. I was following signs for "Connecting flights" as I was flying straight on to another destination in a few hours. However the signs lead me to customs, which I cleared at ease only to then find that the route to the departure lounge was actually blocked off. The door was locked. And there wasn't actually anyone around. So I was left with no choice other than to completely exit and come back through departures again, which is quite time consuming and not particularly helpful for passengers connecting.

Whenever I fly to Lithuania I’m always next to the window,so whenever I look down from the window I get so scared I ask to swap places with my brother and he says no so then I close the window thing and just watch my phone and then I colour and read I am lithuanian so yeah I have been on Wizz air a lot it is the best place to fly on it was very funny last year when I was on the plane the person behind me said someone’s name and shouted “now everyone knows your name” in Lithuania obviously I am going when the easter holidays are like beginning so yeah

I agree with the window state, they are always very clean, and I have flown with Monarch and easyJet too and they're windows are in not as good a condition! Love W!ZZ AIR it's fabulous! I recommend it! My favourite airline, and I will fly for them when I am older. Love ur channel, I think it is really great!

kerry Is a small airport yet if you get the evening return flight u can see a 27 year old turbo prop aer lingus. u could even go luton to kerry kerry to dublin and finally dublin to luton or Heathrow

no to fly to kerry 10 quid then to go to dublin 37 quid then back to luton 10 quid which is 57 quid not expensive
I have family that live in Kerry and the airport there is quite nice. It has room for three small ryanairs... Haha.

wow! seventeen pounds to go to Vilnius? Who needs a car! In Australia a similar trip would cost no less than over hundred pounds and may be 1 flight per day! Other than majr capital cities airfare is 50 times that of Europe. They want people to travel by car all the time so the State governments can collect huge revenue enforcing speed laws! One can get away with a murder as defence will claim temporary insanity but one can't get away doing 110km in a 100km zone which should have been 110 zone anyway!
